Shownotes

What if everything you’ve been chasing—success, performance, validation—was never the point?

In this week’s episode of Beyond the Pills, we sit down with PJ Whitner, better known as PJ With Love—a creator, entrepreneur, and modern mystic redefining what it means to live fully awake.

Once a nationally ranked tennis player and founder of a multimillion-dollar wellness brand, PJ mastered the outer game of achievement. But behind the wins, his nervous system was unraveling. Burnout didn’t destroy him—it initiated him. What followed was a profound shift from doing more to being more, from the pursuit of performance to the practice of presence.

“Burnout isn’t failure—it’s the body’s invitation to remember who you really are.” – PJ With Love

In this conversation, PJ opens up about his collapse and awakening, sharing how that breaking point revealed the deeper intelligence of the heart. Through fasting, breathwork, and meditation, he began rebuilding his life from the inside out—learning to lead, create, and love from coherence rather than chaos.

We explore:

  • The myth of high performance—why chasing optimization can separate you from your essence.
  • The power of coherence—how aligning your mind, body, and spirit creates effortless flow.
  • Nervous-system mastery—why calm isn’t withdrawal; it’s control, clarity, and creative power.
  • Love as a strategy—what happens when devotion replaces discipline and presence becomes your edge.

PJ’s wisdom bridges science and spirituality, grounding ancient practices in modern reality. Whether you’re a CEO, creator, or someone seeking peace in the noise, his message lands with calm conviction: performance without presence is just pressure.

“You can’t think your way into peace—you have to feel your way there.” – PJ With Love

Throughout this episode, PJ and host Josh Rimany, Pharmacist-turned-healer and founder of the Beyond the Pills movement, explore how true wellness isn’t another supplement or protocol—it’s the restoration of wholeness. They talk about nervous-system regulation as a form of leadership, and how slowing down can actually accelerate impact.

PJ’s journey reminds us that every breakdown carries a sacred blueprint for breakthrough. His story isn’t about rejecting ambition—it’s about redeeming it through awareness. When you operate from love rather than fear, you don’t lose your edge—you refine it.

“Presence is the new performance. The calmer you are, the clearer you see, the faster you grow.” – PJ With Love

Stay tuned until the end as PJ introduces With Love, his upcoming movement dedicated to coherence and creative awakening.

You’ll also hear about:

  • The Return — a 7-day inner-practice immersion.
  • Wingsday — his weekly YouTube ritual of presence and integration.
  • Full-Moon Fasting Ascension — a monthly reset to restore body and spirit.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in overdrive or disconnected from your own inner compass, this episode is your permission slip to pause—to breathe—to come home.

Speaker:

Welcome back to Beyond the Pills,

Speaker:

where we explore the intersection of

Speaker:

ancient wisdom and modern science to

Speaker:

uncover what true healing really means,

Speaker:

body, mind, and spirit.

Speaker:

I'm Josh Rimini,

Speaker:

pharmacist turned healer and modern day

Speaker:

medicine man.

Speaker:

And today's conversation is one I've been

Speaker:

looking forward to.

Speaker:

It's a special one for me.

Speaker:

My guest isn't just a powerful creator and

Speaker:

teacher he's someone I truly call a

Speaker:

brother who's been walking this path of me

Speaker:

for the past I don't know three four

Speaker:

years and we've gone deep PJ Wittner also

Speaker:

known as PJ with love he's a creator

Speaker:

he's an entrepreneur he's a modern mystic

Speaker:

exploring the art of living awake and

Speaker:

A former elite athlete and founder of a

Speaker:

multi-million dollar wellness brand,

Speaker:

PJ spent years mastering performance until

Speaker:

burnout invited him into presence.

Speaker:

That collapse became initiation.

Speaker:

Leading with love is not only a movement,

Speaker:

It's at the intersection of mindfulness,

Speaker:

creativity, and modern spirituality.

Speaker:

Through practices like meditation,

Speaker:

fasting, breathwork, and storytelling,

Speaker:

PJ helps others return from ego to essence

Speaker:

and teaching the nervous system mastery,

Speaker:

emotional literacy,

Speaker:

and the architecture of coherence.

Speaker:

His message bridges the science and spirit

Speaker:

why we get along so well.

Speaker:

His message brings and remind us that calm

Speaker:

isn't withdrawal, it's mastery.

Speaker:

That devotion fuels innovation and that

Speaker:

love lived consciously is the ultimate

Speaker:

strategy for creation, leadership,

Speaker:

and fulfillment.

Speaker:

Brother,

Speaker:

it's been an honor to have you as

Speaker:

my friend and to have you here

Speaker:

welcome welcome to beyond the pills we

Speaker:

made it oh so excited dude where the

Speaker:

hell you been like you're my boy and

Speaker:

you haven't been on the show i guess

Speaker:

it's all divine timing right divine timing

Speaker:

and uh in the journey that i've been

Speaker:

on

Speaker:

I didn't realize the fear of being seen

Speaker:

and putting yourself out there,

Speaker:

especially in a new identity.

Speaker:

There's, there's a lot there.

Speaker:

So I think this is, I've made it.

Speaker:

I'm on the other side of that.

Speaker:

We've been on this journey.

Speaker:

There's so much to talk about, right?

Speaker:

We've literally walked paths together

Speaker:

through our own spiritual healing and

Speaker:

dispensa,

Speaker:

like all the things we've done together.

Speaker:

So, you know,

Speaker:

I kind of want to start from the

Speaker:

beginning, beginning,

Speaker:

but this is going to be so much

Speaker:

fun.

Speaker:

I'm just so happy.

Speaker:

I'm like excited that you're on here.

Speaker:

Like I can just talk with my bro,

Speaker:

but also in a beautiful way.

Speaker:

Cause we've,

Speaker:

we've both gone through this Ascension

Speaker:

journey in our own ways.

Speaker:

And,

Speaker:

I want to start from the beginning because

Speaker:

people don't know you they know I I

Speaker:

know you but you're an elite athlete a

Speaker:

high performer and like what did that

Speaker:

world teach you and what did burnout

Speaker:

awaken in you

Speaker:

Yeah, thank you.

Speaker:

Those are great questions.

Speaker:

So, I mean,

Speaker:

tennis started at twelve years old.

Speaker:

I got recruited.

Speaker:

I was living in Florida.

Speaker:

I grew up in San Francisco.

Speaker:

I got recruited to Nick Bolletieri Tennis

Speaker:

Academy here in Bradenton, Florida.

Speaker:

And so at twelve years old, I

Speaker:

was i had a little bit of a

Speaker:

gift and then i turned the volume all

Speaker:

the way up and so my life went

Speaker:

at twelve to tennis tournaments on the

Speaker:

road uh training five six hours a day

Speaker:

and my life shifted and i was like

Speaker:

all right i'm gonna be a professional

Speaker:

tennis player and i dedicated twelve to

Speaker:

eighteen um traveling nationally

Speaker:

internationally um

Speaker:

had some really good results um but right

Speaker:

when i was getting ready to go to

Speaker:

college hurt my ankle a fracture between

Speaker:

my ankle and my tibia and didn't want

Speaker:

to have surgery and i was like okay

Speaker:

this is going to help me get into

Speaker:

college but i know this is not what

Speaker:

i want to do and things just shifted

Speaker:

from there but the lessons with tennis

Speaker:

just i took for my whole life i

Speaker:

I didn't realize this until really late in

Speaker:

the spiritual game,

Speaker:

but if you're an athlete,

Speaker:

like you just always have that competitive

Speaker:

mindset.

Speaker:

It's just life's about winning.

Speaker:

Life's about competing.

Speaker:

Life's about overcoming.

Speaker:

And you do get a little bit addicted

Speaker:

to this identity of like showing, proving.

Speaker:

At least that's what it was for me.

Speaker:

So there's a lot of benefits in terms

Speaker:

of identity, motivation, work ethic,

Speaker:

but there's a lot of

Speaker:

snags growing up in athletics as well that

Speaker:

are pretty interesting.

Speaker:

Yeah, you were like,

Speaker:

I've known you through that process of

Speaker:

your your story, right?

Speaker:

And like, like, you like, it's not like,

Speaker:

peewee football like you were in it like

Speaker:

every day doing the things and and you

Speaker:

learn that resilience in your way you know

Speaker:

we both learned our resilience in

Speaker:

different ways me going through cancer and

Speaker:

lots of traumas but this is a different

Speaker:

kind of resilience right you were you were

Speaker:

moving in that sway and when

Speaker:

So there is always the gift we get

Speaker:

from those, but there's the shadow too,

Speaker:

right?

Speaker:

It's the space of trying to perform,

Speaker:

trying to be there for everybody else but

Speaker:

yourself.

Speaker:

Walk us through a little bit of,

Speaker:

because I want to get to,

Speaker:

The PJ I know, the PJ,

Speaker:

the ascended one here that has so many

Speaker:

lessons and so many things to offer.

Speaker:

I want people to know this backstory so

Speaker:

we can get to the good stuff.

Speaker:

Yeah, we can fast forward through it.

Speaker:

But I think now that I'm looking back

Speaker:

and this is coming up just this moment,

Speaker:

is that I didn't transition that identity

Speaker:

consciously.

Speaker:

And so all of a sudden,

Speaker:

I went from a tennis player to...

Speaker:

know more of an academic or and then

Speaker:

entering the workforce by first starting

Speaker:

commercial real estate and i never there's

Speaker:

no transition process so to live in an

Speaker:

identity for ten years and then not honor

Speaker:

it or find a way to shift out

Speaker:

i'm looking back and i'm saying wow

Speaker:

maybe there's still work for me to do

Speaker:

with that.

Speaker:

Now,

Speaker:

I got to a place where I think

Speaker:

it was my early mid-twenties where a key

Speaker:

moment for me was I was working commercial

Speaker:

real estate in LA after college and in

Speaker:

the grind.

Speaker:

And I got a phone call from my

Speaker:

family that my dad needed emergency heart

Speaker:

surgery.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

i remember wanting to cry and feel those

Speaker:

emotions and this this feeling came up

Speaker:

from my stomach and my body fought it

Speaker:

off i was unconscious to this i wanted

Speaker:

to feel these feelings but it came up

Speaker:

and i had a i had really acute

Speaker:

pinch in both my temples and i was

Speaker:

like whoa and that's

Speaker:

a really key moment in my life because

Speaker:

I knew that I was numb.

Speaker:

I was disconnected from my emotions.

Speaker:

So that plays into, you know,

Speaker:

kind of later when we met where I

Speaker:

had already done work, you know,

Speaker:

when we met, let's say,

Speaker:

was about five six seven years later but

Speaker:

i had been an entrepreneur i shifted i

Speaker:

started a business a probiotics business

Speaker:

scaled that was in the hustle furthermore

Speaker:

i did some work with tony robbins there

Speaker:

was some some light meditational things

Speaker:

that i had doing but i hadn't gone

Speaker:

super deep so that disconnect from

Speaker:

emotions and from like the truth the

Speaker:

essence of who i was was

Speaker:

was still evident in how I was going

Speaker:

about life, just so hustle focused.

Speaker:

And that's when we met.

Speaker:

Yeah,

Speaker:

we met literally learning our signature

Speaker:

speeches for our businesses, right?

Speaker:

And how we got partnered,

Speaker:

like it's the syncretistic stuff, right?

Speaker:

It's like we got partnered to like,

Speaker:

hold space for each other as we built

Speaker:

this whole signature speech out,

Speaker:

which

Speaker:

truly like literally landed my first

Speaker:

keynote speech was that speech that we

Speaker:

recorded.

Speaker:

Like I got my first big gig from

Speaker:

that experience, but it wasn't the speech.

Speaker:

It was like that.

Speaker:

We were paired together.

Speaker:

We started learning about each other's

Speaker:

stories and it kind of just took off.

Speaker:

We just became friends, right?

Speaker:

We were following up with each other.

Speaker:

It wasn't really a business thing.

Speaker:

And then, uh, some guy named Josh, uh,

Speaker:

convince you to go to a thing called

Speaker:

dispenser so you were the you were the

Speaker:

the tipping point because my brother had

Speaker:

gone to one or or twice oh sorry

Speaker:

about that um it's on do not disturb

Speaker:

sorry that's my brother

Speaker:

as you were just saying your brother

Speaker:

that's how like yeah it did just happen

Speaker:

yeah so okay um so you were the

Speaker:

tipping point and dispenser was already in

Speaker:

my field my brother had gone i had

Speaker:

this book

Speaker:

And I might have even dabbled in some

Speaker:

meditations,

Speaker:

but I wouldn't consider taking a break

Speaker:

from the business.

Speaker:

It was like, oh, it's a seven-day,

Speaker:

week-long.

Speaker:

So not only do you and I hit

Speaker:

it off,

Speaker:

what put me into that public speaking

Speaker:

retreat was last-minute,

Speaker:

last minute friend of a friend.

Speaker:

And I was going into the unknown.

Speaker:

You were,

Speaker:

we were in two completely different

Speaker:

places.

Speaker:

You,

Speaker:

you were like prepared and with a speech

Speaker:

and ready.

Speaker:

And I was like, I have a business,

Speaker:

I have a product, I have a mission,

Speaker:

but like, what am I doing here?

Speaker:

And you were that kindred soul.

Speaker:

And we instantly just like connected.

Speaker:

And I, I, um,

Speaker:

I looked up to you in many ways.

Speaker:

I was like,

Speaker:

this guy is so awesome and he's so

Speaker:

heart-led in pharmacy,

Speaker:

which took me a second to put together.

Speaker:

And so I just thought you're the coolest

Speaker:

anomaly I've ever seen.

Speaker:

and um well we dragged each other like

Speaker:

for me because i i'd read all his

Speaker:

books for years like i was like oh

Speaker:

this guy speaks to science and this and

Speaker:

that but like i had never gone to

Speaker:

an event either and i'm like i'm going

Speaker:

we had a mutual friend at that time

Speaker:

kind of i knew you knew and we

Speaker:

all just kind of just said yeah let's

Speaker:

do it and like for me witnessing your

Speaker:

blast off in that that that event like

Speaker:

to me was like that next trigger for

Speaker:

you and for me and like how we've

Speaker:

gone down this spiritual yet grounded path

Speaker:

of you know truly i what i feel

Speaker:

and what i've seen in you and what

Speaker:

me is like that's what unlocked

Speaker:

this permission to like go all in on

Speaker:

life and do what really feels right.

Speaker:

So here we are, right?

Speaker:

This thing called PJ with love and moving

Speaker:

this thing.

Speaker:

Like you've got so many stories.

Speaker:

I don't even know where to go.

Speaker:

Like, yeah.

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

we can start with the first to spend

Speaker:

with the first dispensa.

Speaker:

So,

Speaker:

because you were the tipping point for me.

Speaker:

And we both agreed at the goodbye brunch,

Speaker:

that first weekend we met,

Speaker:

we both realized that like, oh,

Speaker:

dispense is something that I've wanted to

Speaker:

go do.

Speaker:

You're like, me too.

Speaker:

But you knew that the tickets sell out

Speaker:

like that.

Speaker:

And you knew that you had to be

Speaker:

dialed in right when the tickets went

Speaker:

live.

Speaker:

And so not only that,

Speaker:

and then we followed up and we kept

Speaker:

talking.

Speaker:

Then the day that the tickets were live,

Speaker:

you texted me.

Speaker:

And I was like, all right,

Speaker:

like I'm excited.

Speaker:

Like this is a God wink.

Speaker:

And also I'm getting the accountability

Speaker:

and it's like upfront.

Speaker:

And I was like, all right,

Speaker:

I guess we're doing this.

Speaker:

And I got the ticket,

Speaker:

not even really knowing if I could make

Speaker:

it because I didn't, you know, talk to,

Speaker:

you know, my,

Speaker:

my business partner yet or anybody like

Speaker:

I'm going to take a week off,

Speaker:

which was unheard of.

Speaker:

And, uh, I still remember.

Speaker:

My dad was like, are you kidding me?

Speaker:

You're in the middle of so many things

Speaker:

right now.

Speaker:

And my business partner was like,

Speaker:

if you go, this better change your life.

Speaker:

And it was so unheard of because I

Speaker:

was just working.

Speaker:

I remember the phone call because I

Speaker:

remember where I was.

Speaker:

And you were like, I can't go.

Speaker:

I don't think I'm going to go.

Speaker:

And I'm like, I didn't force you.

Speaker:

I remember it because I was just like,

Speaker:

I'm going.

Speaker:

It's in the unknown.

Speaker:

I'm going to figure it out.

Speaker:

And then all of a sudden,

Speaker:

you're just like, you know what?

Speaker:

I got, I got to do this.

Speaker:

I got to do,

Speaker:

I don't know how I'm going to pay

Speaker:

for it.

Speaker:

I don't know what I'm going to do.

Speaker:

I'm just going to go.

Speaker:

And it was like, and then in that,

Speaker:

that week we learned how to embrace the

Speaker:

unknown, right?

Speaker:

How to get into this space.

Speaker:

And that was a journey, man.

Speaker:

That was a, that was liftoff in our,

Speaker:

in both our ways in different ways.

Speaker:

But

Speaker:

Totally.

Speaker:

I think that was the first.

Speaker:

It shifted me inward.

Speaker:

I was at a point in my life

Speaker:

where I was like, man,

Speaker:

is it all about just chasing and external

Speaker:

and money and status and just feeling good

Speaker:

on LinkedIn?

Speaker:

The more I was stacking wins...

Speaker:

Um, and wanting to share that out.

Speaker:

I was like, wait, is that,

Speaker:

is that what winning is?

Speaker:

Is that what it's like?

Speaker:

There was like something beneath that was

Speaker:

saying there's something more.

Speaker:

And so when I went to,

Speaker:

to that first weekend dispensa,

Speaker:

I think third day,

Speaker:

my heart chakra just exploded in a walking

Speaker:

meditation.

Speaker:

And then fifth day, uh,

Speaker:

you were with me when, um, I,

Speaker:

I had a,

Speaker:

a divine experience and a somatic response

Speaker:

as well um i was shaking after a

Speaker:

really deep meditation from eight till

Speaker:

three in the morning and purging that

Speaker:

whole time as well and so that to

Speaker:

me was also an initiation of like the

Speaker:

internal journey and there's so much more

Speaker:

in the intangible sense

Speaker:

that we get to uncover so i think

Speaker:

you and i were like locked in at

Speaker:

that point we're like okay like there's so

Speaker:

much more in this universe pretty fast in

Speaker:

that space is like yeah it was the

Speaker:

two things it was like un unlocking the

Speaker:

heart connecting these was a big part of

Speaker:

my journey and then what you said is

Speaker:

what i think drew me to these things

Speaker:

was that was those deeper questions of

Speaker:

like

Speaker:

is there more is this it like all

Speaker:

that stuff on that outside we both had

Speaker:

some level of success but there was just

Speaker:

that this is a lot of this podcast

Speaker:

is like people start realizing there's

Speaker:

something more there's something beyond

Speaker:

that that i feel like to me that

Speaker:

week was

Speaker:

how I got really deep within me to

Speaker:

understand that there's a whole nother

Speaker:

universe out there that's not outwardly

Speaker:

focused, but inwardly focused.

Speaker:

And I think that's what kind of caught

Speaker:

us both into what I think in shamanism,

Speaker:

they call the wound is healer's journey,

Speaker:

but like how we both have gone through

Speaker:

our own ascension,

Speaker:

but we're now we're in the place of

Speaker:

like,

Speaker:

really finding our way of guiding and

Speaker:

helping other people in our own ways too.

Speaker:

And that's kind of where PJ With Love

Speaker:

came from, right?

Speaker:

And so when did With Love stop being

Speaker:

just a name and start becoming a way

Speaker:

of life for you?

Speaker:

That one's more recent.

Speaker:

There was many identities and journeys in

Speaker:

the last three years for me.

Speaker:

And some were more towards...

Speaker:

First it was Dispenza,

Speaker:

then it was more towards shamanic

Speaker:

pursuits.

Speaker:

We've both been through those experiences.

Speaker:

In our own ways,

Speaker:

in our own divine paths.

Speaker:

We never had a conversation and said,

Speaker:

you know what,

Speaker:

I'm going to go do shamanic stuff now.

Speaker:

We both kind of did it.

Speaker:

We're out here and we're like,

Speaker:

what is going on?

Speaker:

Like, this is a whole nother world, right?

Speaker:

It's like the energy world.

Speaker:

And, you know,

Speaker:

we've gone through our own plant medicine

Speaker:

journeys and things like that.

Speaker:

And so we can, we can maybe,

Speaker:

and you, you know,

Speaker:

you've had

Speaker:

You've had other big experiences too,

Speaker:

which have got you even more closer to

Speaker:

source and God and this divinity within

Speaker:

you expressively, because I've seen it.

Speaker:

And you've speaked about returning from

Speaker:

ego to essence.

Speaker:

And what does that look like for you

Speaker:

in real life and for you and those

Speaker:

also who you're guiding?

Speaker:

This is a big part.

Speaker:

I think people really need to understand

Speaker:

the essence of you.

Speaker:

Like there is this,

Speaker:

people call it in the spiritual world,

Speaker:

like ego dissolution and yada yada.

Speaker:

But like there's,

Speaker:

there's a true lived experience that

Speaker:

you've created,

Speaker:

that you've lived similar to my own

Speaker:

journey.

Speaker:

Like I taught,

Speaker:

I teach through my experience now and I

Speaker:

want people to get a little essence of

Speaker:

that.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

So I think there's,

Speaker:

there's a few really key experiences that

Speaker:

contributed a lot.

Speaker:

Um, definitely plant medicine,

Speaker:

definitely dealing with the collapse of

Speaker:

business and burnout, um, choosing, uh,

Speaker:

making new choices.

Speaker:

I lived controlled by my shadow.

Speaker:

Um, I lived in incoherence.

Speaker:

I knew something was wrong,

Speaker:

frantic energy, scarcity, um,

Speaker:

Um, fear driven.

Speaker:

So just being in that place and there's

Speaker:

no way out when you're,

Speaker:

when you feel trapped,

Speaker:

I've felt enslaved to my coping

Speaker:

mechanisms,

Speaker:

things that were keeping me small.

Speaker:

And so the heart is the first step

Speaker:

I believe.

Speaker:

And it was for me.

Speaker:

So it was one opening the,

Speaker:

there's the heart chakra,

Speaker:

but just being able to connect to your

Speaker:

feelings.

Speaker:

And I had decades of repressed energy and,

Speaker:

and i was able to look back at

Speaker:

my life and connect with my inner child

Speaker:

connect with the different parts of me in

Speaker:

really critical experiences of my life and

Speaker:

i saw somebody really wanting to prove

Speaker:

themselves and i saw a tainted energy

Speaker:

throughout the whole life

Speaker:

So first was connecting my heart and

Speaker:

feelings and realizing where I was.

Speaker:

Secondly,

Speaker:

it was looking at some of these

Speaker:

experiences.

Speaker:

There was a lot of reframing involved.

Speaker:

There was tapping in,

Speaker:

spending time in meditation,

Speaker:

tapping into the quantum plane or tapping

Speaker:

into

Speaker:

Can you hear me?

Speaker:

Yep.

Speaker:

So tapping into a higher level.

Speaker:

And once you can start tapping into an

Speaker:

energy and getting beyond yourself,

Speaker:

then for me,

Speaker:

that was what took me from being trapped

Speaker:

in my mind and my thoughts to the

Speaker:

heart.

Speaker:

And in the heart, it's gratitude.

Speaker:

It reconnects us to our breath.

Speaker:

And we begin to slow down.

Speaker:

And that's where this intuition comes out.

Speaker:

I'm like, wait, wait, wait.

Speaker:

It's all about intellect.

Speaker:

No, no, no.

Speaker:

There's something far more profound than

Speaker:

the brain.

Speaker:

And it's the intelligence of the heart.

Speaker:

And that's the beginning of coherence.

Speaker:

And so being someone that was an athlete

Speaker:

that hustled for decades,

Speaker:

I always thought I was only as good

Speaker:

as my last achievement.

Speaker:

Telling myself to slow down,

Speaker:

it took me years.

Speaker:

And I had to keep slowing down,

Speaker:

keep letting go, keep surrendering.

Speaker:

And it was like an onion just going

Speaker:

deeper and deeper in the layers.

Speaker:

But once you do...

Speaker:

and you learn how to listen,

Speaker:

then there's something that really wants

Speaker:

to guide you.

Speaker:

And that is our soul.

Speaker:

And so I went from this period from

Speaker:

identifying, I was like, I'm a body,

Speaker:

like I want material things, consumption,

Speaker:

sense pleasures, desires, proclivities,

Speaker:

to wait, there's something more.

Speaker:

And then connecting to source,

Speaker:

connecting to an eternalness that I

Speaker:

believe we all are.

Speaker:

And once that shifted, I was like, Whoa,

Speaker:

um,

Speaker:

maybe I didn't get that multimillion

Speaker:

dollar exit of my business,

Speaker:

but like I tapped into something that.

Speaker:

I resonate with going multiple lifetimes

Speaker:

incarnations without getting to this

Speaker:

point.

Speaker:

And I was like, oh, man,

Speaker:

I've turned inward.

Speaker:

I am able to really connect with my

Speaker:

soul in such a deeply intimate,

Speaker:

fulfilling way.

Speaker:

And I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Speaker:

And once you have that much,

Speaker:

you have access to that much love.

Speaker:

All you want to do is is share

Speaker:

it with others.

Speaker:

Well, yeah, it it's kind of I've studied.

Speaker:

I've not experienced,

Speaker:

but I've studied a lot with near death

Speaker:

experiences.

Speaker:

And the same thing goes with people.

Speaker:

They say it's more real than real.

Speaker:

right it's that feeling behind the feeling

Speaker:

that's just more real than anything in

Speaker:

this outside world is that feel like that

Speaker:

that infinite level of abundance or love

Speaker:

and like and and we've we've studied the

Speaker:

science of this now we know a little

Speaker:

bit more but like it's infinite it gets

Speaker:

it there's no ending to it and when

Speaker:

you experience that viscerally and

Speaker:

somatically

Speaker:

Because that's, I believe, right?

Speaker:

I believe we're in this, you know,

Speaker:

we're divine beings living a human

Speaker:

experience with all these senses.

Speaker:

And when you sense and feel what you

Speaker:

just described and what I know other

Speaker:

people have described as well and what

Speaker:

I've described, it's bigger than big.

Speaker:

It's way more real than this real.

Speaker:

And you got to only,

Speaker:

it's kind of like in plant medicine

Speaker:

journeys too.

Speaker:

Like you have to explain it through

Speaker:

analogy because there's no word for it.

Speaker:

Totally.

Speaker:

And I've had a lot of funny analogies

Speaker:

come to me that are so- Well,

Speaker:

share some.

Speaker:

I want to hear yours.

Speaker:

The first one that was in that first

Speaker:

Dispenza week was the whispers that I was

Speaker:

hearing during the meditation.

Speaker:

So the first day we get there,

Speaker:

and these are multi-hour meditations.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

I mean,

Speaker:

I had done maybe dabbled close to that,

Speaker:

but I was uncomfortable.

Speaker:

So you're just sitting with your thoughts

Speaker:

and they're just like loud judgment,

Speaker:

blame, guilt, shame, unworthiness.

Speaker:

Like you're dealing with all the different

Speaker:

layers of shadow and all these,

Speaker:

the loud mind.

Speaker:

And I think day two or day three,

Speaker:

I started hearing like, let go.

Speaker:

I was like, what?

Speaker:

Surrender, let go.

Speaker:

I was like, yeah.

Speaker:

And I ended up starting to understand that

Speaker:

I had been like willing life.

Speaker:

Like I was holding the wheel of a

Speaker:

car in a Kung Fu grip and white

Speaker:

knuckle.

Speaker:

This will happen my way.

Speaker:

And the universe was softly like,

Speaker:

we actually have something so much better

Speaker:

waiting for you.

Speaker:

Are you willing to let go?

Speaker:

So that's the first analogy.

Speaker:

The second one,

Speaker:

is you're on a boat and you don't

Speaker:

know how you got there.

Speaker:

You wake up,

Speaker:

you're on a lifeboat and you have about

Speaker:

a week's supply left of food.

Speaker:

And so everything survival mechanism will

Speaker:

tell you, stay on the boat.

Speaker:

Like you have a week left at least

Speaker:

and someone will find you.

Speaker:

But all of a sudden, you first off,

Speaker:

you have to calm down.

Speaker:

So you calm down the situation, okay?

Speaker:

Then you start hearing a voice.

Speaker:

jump out of the boat and swim that

Speaker:

way.

Speaker:

And you're like, what?

Speaker:

What are you nuts?

Speaker:

No, I'm going to stay here.

Speaker:

I have food.

Speaker:

So if you stay on the boat,

Speaker:

you would live a good life.

Speaker:

Like you would survive.

Speaker:

You would be okay.

Speaker:

Do you want that?

Speaker:

Do you want to settle?

Speaker:

Or are you willing to jump out of

Speaker:

the life raft,

Speaker:

swim in a direction that intuition,

Speaker:

that's something that you believe in

Speaker:

something bigger, greater than yourself.

Speaker:

and i tell you i i jumped out

Speaker:

of the boat so well that's i love

Speaker:

that analogy because it's like michael

Speaker:

singer calls it like the surrender

Speaker:

experiment right it's like in

Speaker:

when i was going through my healing

Speaker:

journey as you know like like the big

Speaker:

the big deal like i had done the

Speaker:

things and the things and there was

Speaker:

something left something inside me like i

Speaker:

don't get the whispers i get this i

Speaker:

call it the poof like the little the

Speaker:

little it's just a little and if

Speaker:

For me, that's what intuition is.

Speaker:

If you're not quite going to catch that

Speaker:

little whiff of air, you might miss it.

Speaker:

And there was this thing inside me.

Speaker:

I don't know how or don't know where.

Speaker:

You know, it's like,

Speaker:

I need to go to Peru.

Speaker:

I need to study this with these kind

Speaker:

of people that have been doing it forever.

Speaker:

And I didn't know how.

Speaker:

I didn't know why.

Speaker:

It was like my life raft.

Speaker:

It was like you have this life and

Speaker:

this family and this business and all this

Speaker:

stuff.

Speaker:

And I was like, no,

Speaker:

I got to do that.

Speaker:

I don't know how or why.

Speaker:

I'm just going to get it there.

Speaker:

And as soon as I made that yes,

Speaker:

the yes to the alignment, right?

Speaker:

The yes to...

Speaker:

And the breadcrumbs were just like, bloop,

Speaker:

bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop.

Speaker:

Here you go.

Speaker:

Like the path just formed.

Speaker:

Like the golden...

Speaker:

It's like the Wizard of Oz,

Speaker:

the golden path, right?

Speaker:

Just formed automatically because isn't

Speaker:

that the formula?

Speaker:

The formula is

Speaker:

When you know you're supposed to jump off

Speaker:

the boat and everything else is telling

Speaker:

you,

Speaker:

your outside world is telling you safety

Speaker:

and this and this,

Speaker:

and all of a sudden you do it

Speaker:

anyway.

Speaker:

This is what entrepreneurship is, right?

Speaker:

When you started your business in the

Speaker:

backyard of a kitchen doing kefir water,

Speaker:

you had no freaking clue,

Speaker:

but you did it.

Speaker:

You said, and then you became,

Speaker:

you were in all the whole,

Speaker:

like whole foods and that is just because

Speaker:

you,

Speaker:

To me, I love that analogy.

Speaker:

It's like, yeah, jump off the boat.

Speaker:

Not willy-nilly,

Speaker:

not just like somebody told you to do.

Speaker:

It was like there was a knowing, right?

Speaker:

That knowing is it comes from something

Speaker:

bigger than you.

Speaker:

It's not you.

Speaker:

It's this thing that knows the life,

Speaker:

knows you.

Speaker:

And so I love that analogy.

Speaker:

That was a good one.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

I mean, so Peru for you,

Speaker:

I like the,

Speaker:

we're not telling people to jump off the

Speaker:

bridge here.

Speaker:

Like, like there,

Speaker:

but we're here to say like,

Speaker:

when it aligns with you and you say

Speaker:

yes, regardless of the outside, Pete,

Speaker:

when you do it with self richness,

Speaker:

self full is what my friend says,

Speaker:

then it becomes intentionally purposeful.

Speaker:

Because it's for a greater good.

Speaker:

It's for not just you,

Speaker:

but for some other greater good.

Speaker:

It feels and it is in that energetic

Speaker:

alignment.

Speaker:

And I think a lot of people realize

Speaker:

that when they made those decisions,

Speaker:

even though everything else around them

Speaker:

was telling them no,

Speaker:

but they knew it was the right decision

Speaker:

to make, generally works out.

Speaker:

yeah i i think the the key thing

Speaker:

for me was switching from intellect to

Speaker:

intuition you know once you're no longer

Speaker:

looking at just knowledge and grabbing but

Speaker:

you're aware you you recognize that your

Speaker:

awareness can expand and the first time

Speaker:

you feel that awareness expand or like

Speaker:

it's it's like a blind it's like a

Speaker:

it's it's a blind spot that you're like

Speaker:

oh my gosh and then you're like and

Speaker:

like wait that's

Speaker:

that's incredible and and then there's an

Speaker:

energy to the expansion of awareness and

Speaker:

you just want to keep going with that

Speaker:

so that that's kind of been the last

Speaker:

three or four years for me with you

Speaker:

know near-death experiences plant medicine

Speaker:

um incredible meditation retreats and just

Speaker:

uh spiritual teachings going into ancient

Speaker:

wisdom been really inspired by eastern

Speaker:

teachings been reading the the the gita

Speaker:

for the bhagavad-gita for

Speaker:

two and a half years now um just

Speaker:

came across not just came across but been

Speaker:

digging deeper into yogananda permahansa

Speaker:

yogananda so a lot of eastern um things

Speaker:

have been really inspiring and this wisdom

Speaker:

goes back thousands of years yeah and

Speaker:

that's why i think we both connect so

Speaker:

well in our our journeys is

Speaker:

There's no one formula,

Speaker:

but at the same time,

Speaker:

there's been teachings in all different

Speaker:

aspects, especially in the Eastern.

Speaker:

For me,

Speaker:

it just drew me to the Americans.

Speaker:

It drew me to learn the ancient wisdom

Speaker:

of the shamans and the healers,

Speaker:

probably because I'm moving in that plant

Speaker:

medicine,

Speaker:

modern day medicine man world that I'm in

Speaker:

is...

Speaker:

know learning those especially in the

Speaker:

south americas and going through that

Speaker:

whole journey in different ways in

Speaker:

different places of the world is like it's

Speaker:

not shamanism i'm just learning like

Speaker:

what's been done for thousands of years in

Speaker:

the healing world that are now equating to

Speaker:

this modern day world this modern day

Speaker:

science like the dispensers and all those

Speaker:

other people in the world that are

Speaker:

teaching it from a different perspective

Speaker:

That's why I think of having this

Speaker:

conversation with people all the time.

Speaker:

It's not or, it's and.

Speaker:

It's like ancient wisdom and modern

Speaker:

science.

Speaker:

We're putting these together so we can...

Speaker:

I love what you say all the time.

Speaker:

It's not intellect, it's intelligence.

Speaker:

Intelligence is knowing.

Speaker:

And of course,

Speaker:

I can throw the science to it all

Speaker:

the time.

Speaker:

There's eighty percent of the nerves go

Speaker:

from here to here, not here to here.

Speaker:

So we have this innate intelligence,

Speaker:

this knowing that we've forgotten about

Speaker:

because of the age of information.

Speaker:

Look at AI.

Speaker:

All the information is accessible to us in

Speaker:

seconds.

Speaker:

It's not getting us any closer to

Speaker:

wholeness unless we connect it with our

Speaker:

hearts.

Speaker:

That's what we're talking about, right?

Speaker:

And you and I are on the same

Speaker:

mission of helping, especially men,

Speaker:

connect this to this and become more

Speaker:

whole.

Speaker:

We've been doing men's work for a long

Speaker:

time in men's circles and blending that

Speaker:

into the science of

Speaker:

spirituality of healing yeah there's

Speaker:

there's a lot to unpack there but i

Speaker:

i would say for me there's definitely a

Speaker:

lot of baggage uh that men carry both

Speaker:

genders have their own um evolution of

Speaker:

expressing themselves in greater harmony i

Speaker:

would say

Speaker:

Um, but for me,

Speaker:

I think it was dealing with the pattern

Speaker:

was dealing with my own stuff.

Speaker:

There was family lineage and family

Speaker:

patterns, um, that were interesting.

Speaker:

There were gender related stuff.

Speaker:

They're all past relationships and

Speaker:

forgiveness and cord cutting and Honopono.

Speaker:

And there's a lot of really cool

Speaker:

techniques to just kind of

Speaker:

clean up and take back our energy from

Speaker:

certain situations um so those those are a

Speaker:

few a few key things but with with

Speaker:

men right now in particular there's

Speaker:

there's a really exciting thing happening

Speaker:

we're seeing men come alive we're seeing

Speaker:

men reconnect to their feelings we're

Speaker:

seeing men being challenged right now to

Speaker:

step into a greater embodiment of

Speaker:

leadership and i i think we can step

Speaker:

up

Speaker:

And it starts with balance.

Speaker:

It starts with taking control of our

Speaker:

nervous systems,

Speaker:

starts with putting our phone down,

Speaker:

being present with those around us for our

Speaker:

partners.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

There's a lot of healing of inner child

Speaker:

and stuff as well because I believe that

Speaker:

the wisdom of men was broken.

Speaker:

It was passed down.

Speaker:

It was passed down.

Speaker:

And in some way in history,

Speaker:

it was cut.

Speaker:

that that wisdom what wasn't fully wasn't

Speaker:

passed down so there's like a lack of

Speaker:

initiation or like that the trials that

Speaker:

men typically had and and when you took

Speaker:

those away you know we had emotional boys

Speaker:

you know that were in men's bodies and

Speaker:

i was one of them um i would

Speaker:

say i'm

Speaker:

I'm still, you know,

Speaker:

figuring out who the man I want to

Speaker:

be.

Speaker:

And that's been a really beautiful journey

Speaker:

of like kind of bringing together,

Speaker:

bridging the child from the man,

Speaker:

from the spirit.

Speaker:

Agreed.

Speaker:

Well said,

Speaker:

and I didn't expect us to go down

Speaker:

that path,

Speaker:

but there is something to be said about

Speaker:

that.

Speaker:

In my men's circles here in Charlotte,

Speaker:

my neighbor's been doing men's work for a

Speaker:

very long time,

Speaker:

and he's very active in this thing called

Speaker:

the Joshua Project, which is...

Speaker:

teaching especially uh boys that are at

Speaker:

that initiation type age especially people

Speaker:

that don't have father figures and putting

Speaker:

them through an initiation initiation

Speaker:

weekend and teaching them the archetypes

Speaker:

the king, the lover, the magician.

Speaker:

And I've experienced that it's powerful,

Speaker:

even as a man,

Speaker:

to see and witness these young men become

Speaker:

men.

Speaker:

And I agree,

Speaker:

I think we've lost that sort of initiation

Speaker:

of sorts.

Speaker:

And I feel kind of connected to help

Speaker:

in that space.

Speaker:

And I feel like we're here to do

Speaker:

some of that.

Speaker:

I do want to go back though,

Speaker:

because you talked about the things you're

Speaker:

doing, but like,

Speaker:

how does the nervous system become the

Speaker:

gateway to consciousness and creativity

Speaker:

for you?

Speaker:

Cause you talked about grounding,

Speaker:

you talked about men staying like holding

Speaker:

their emotions and being grounded in

Speaker:

embodiment work.

Speaker:

Cause a lot of people talking about that,

Speaker:

you and I've had a lot of conversations

Speaker:

there, but I want to,

Speaker:

I want to hear from your perspective

Speaker:

because the second part is I want you

Speaker:

to tell people how you rewired your system

Speaker:

from stress and burnout to this calm,

Speaker:

coherent state, because that's,

Speaker:

that's the state we're in right now.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

so i i it starts with meditation or

Speaker:

breath work or anything that you're

Speaker:

willing to begin to engage begin to face

Speaker:

the stuff that we've been bearing i mean

Speaker:

no one has taught how to regulate their

Speaker:

nervous system growing up feel their

Speaker:

emotions and so we all have tend to

Speaker:

have underlying trauma wounds um and so

Speaker:

access first is accessing the heart and

Speaker:

that is for me it happened through

Speaker:

meditation it could happen through

Speaker:

understanding that the chakra system which

Speaker:

is a beautiful system or seven chakras um

Speaker:

it could also be connecting with nature it

Speaker:

could be exercise it could be something

Speaker:

that puts you in the driver's seat where

Speaker:

you're willing to begin more of that inner

Speaker:

work for me

Speaker:

It was meditations.

Speaker:

There was some plant medicine experiences

Speaker:

involved that really helped me understand

Speaker:

how in control my ego was.

Speaker:

There was a shattering of identity.

Speaker:

There was inspiration from a lot of

Speaker:

different readings like Michael Singer,

Speaker:

Dr. Dispenza were pretty early on for me.

Speaker:

Tony Robbins even before then was just in

Speaker:

terms of asking questions and being able

Speaker:

to field truth within yourself.

Speaker:

Um, and then singing,

Speaker:

singing actually had been a really unique

Speaker:

experience.

Speaker:

One that I didn't expect to happen.

Speaker:

And I took a,

Speaker:

I was living up in New York for,

Speaker:

um, half a year.

Speaker:

And this was when I was still in

Speaker:

transition and figuring out if I was going

Speaker:

to continue with my business.

Speaker:

So I was in this like kind of

Speaker:

period where I was like,

Speaker:

let me try some arts.

Speaker:

Let me try to do some other things

Speaker:

and just see where my heart and soul,

Speaker:

where they want to go towards.

Speaker:

And I did a singing lesson.

Speaker:

And I felt so constrained while I was

Speaker:

singing.

Speaker:

And so much came to me in that

Speaker:

lesson of how I was taught singing and

Speaker:

a very strict upbringing in San Francisco.

Speaker:

And I was in the boys chorus when

Speaker:

I was seven, eight, nine.

Speaker:

I was a soprano.

Speaker:

I had a beautiful voice.

Speaker:

I sang at my cousin's wedding and I

Speaker:

sang at a Giants game,

Speaker:

the national anthem.

Speaker:

But the way I was taught was so

Speaker:

constrictive.

Speaker:

And so I'm there singing and I remember

Speaker:

I was asked to go for a note

Speaker:

and my brain couldn't let me go for

Speaker:

that note because I thought it was out

Speaker:

of range and I didn't want to sound

Speaker:

off.

Speaker:

And so I knew that there was neural

Speaker:

wiring shift available for me.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

and it became this modality of harmonics,

Speaker:

which has enhanced my ability to move

Speaker:

energy within my body.

Speaker:

It's changed the way that I cry.

Speaker:

It has changed the way that I access

Speaker:

different feelings and, and, uh,

Speaker:

frequencies and it's, ah, it's humming.

Speaker:

It's, it's,

Speaker:

there's so many different ways to

Speaker:

approach, um,

Speaker:

energy and emotions and our fifth chakra

Speaker:

our throat chakra it's such a gift and

Speaker:

i believe it's actually a central way that

Speaker:

we really bring heaven on earth because

Speaker:

through our word you know the word of

Speaker:

god is is how we all believe that

Speaker:

this universe was created through the

Speaker:

vibration and we have that same gift we

Speaker:

have we can initiate vibration vibratory

Speaker:

sound

Speaker:

with with this and so do we just

Speaker:

use it for words what else can we

Speaker:

use it for and that is a really

Speaker:

beautiful query that i welcome everyone to

Speaker:

explore i love that and then

Speaker:

of course i got the left brain science

Speaker:

in me going when you hum you increase

Speaker:

nitric oxide by fifteen hundred percent

Speaker:

which increases oxytocin which is the love

Speaker:

molecule so it's like this you think about

Speaker:

it you convert that think into sound

Speaker:

sometimes we just say words but like

Speaker:

mantras and and and different types of

Speaker:

connections is how you create the

Speaker:

frequency and the energy

Speaker:

which then has that,

Speaker:

I love the word harmonics and how you

Speaker:

use it because it is, it's harmony,

Speaker:

it's harmonic frequency.

Speaker:

Cause we all know frequency is energy and

Speaker:

energy is, you know, vibration.

Speaker:

And this is how we do it.

Speaker:

We, how we do it with our voice.

Speaker:

And so I loved,

Speaker:

I loved that part of it.

Speaker:

Um,

Speaker:

We got to get into the stuff PJ's

Speaker:

doing now, though.

Speaker:

Tell us about the movement with love,

Speaker:

what it means, what it stands for,

Speaker:

what's unfolding within this for you.

Speaker:

Totally.

Speaker:

So I guess recognizing that this is a

Speaker:

game of mirrors,

Speaker:

we're here in the three D it's polarity.

Speaker:

And so anything that you're being,

Speaker:

that that is being expressed or that

Speaker:

you're choosing right now,

Speaker:

a lot of people are in patterns or

Speaker:

they're in loops and they're here to.

Speaker:

basically transmute that that experience

Speaker:

into something greater and so i guess the

Speaker:

question is if there's something if you

Speaker:

could be the greatest you could be what

Speaker:

would you choose and for me i i

Speaker:

choose love and so with love everything i

Speaker:

do how can i merge it with love

Speaker:

and then there's a point where we go

Speaker:

beyond doing to simply being and so how

Speaker:

can i radiate how can i

Speaker:

embody the the most the most love that

Speaker:

i that i can that's living through my

Speaker:

heart that is tuning in to the earth

Speaker:

being in rhythm with the earth um and

Speaker:

surrendering and allowing to be fully

Speaker:

animated by something beyond myself so

Speaker:

that's where like devotion comes in as

Speaker:

well and

Speaker:

And as soon as I started this journey,

Speaker:

things have happened that I can't explain.

Speaker:

And so you open yourself up to the

Speaker:

synchronicities that many people discuss

Speaker:

and you start communicating, I believe,

Speaker:

with the universe in this really unique,

Speaker:

potentially romantic, passionate way.

Speaker:

um there's there's humor involved there's

Speaker:

sadness it's it's happened even

Speaker:

sporadically when i'm when i'm reading the

Speaker:

gita in a meditation like i'll just start

Speaker:

laughing uh or i'll start bawling and it's

Speaker:

just i believe we're all part of feeling

Speaker:

and moving through this and all this

Speaker:

energy that's moving

Speaker:

on the earth.

Speaker:

For me,

Speaker:

how I want to show up is committing

Speaker:

to putting loving content out there.

Speaker:

I am pj.withlove on Instagram, TikTok,

Speaker:

and YouTube.

Speaker:

I just began that journey of getting

Speaker:

beyond myself,

Speaker:

my insecurities of being seen in this

Speaker:

radically loving, authentic way.

Speaker:

finding the ways to show up and share

Speaker:

love and light.

Speaker:

And now it's coming up,

Speaker:

some programs and things have been coming

Speaker:

to me of how do I help other

Speaker:

people connect deeper with their heart,

Speaker:

connect to their light,

Speaker:

create from a conscious place and expand.

Speaker:

And so there's a seven-day reset program,

Speaker:

the seven-day return,

Speaker:

that's going to be about a

Speaker:

different caveats to enhance their own

Speaker:

presence.

Speaker:

And that's the difference between being

Speaker:

able to have relationships.

Speaker:

Relationships are really difficult when

Speaker:

we're not all here.

Speaker:

And when we have the phone,

Speaker:

when we're thinking about the past and the

Speaker:

future,

Speaker:

when we have a lot of things that

Speaker:

we're worrying about, it really hinders,

Speaker:

it dilutes that presence.

Speaker:

And that is, I believe, our divinity.

Speaker:

Our divinity is our attention.

Speaker:

And that's what the outside world wants

Speaker:

more than ever.

Speaker:

It wants all of us.

Speaker:

And if you go the path of consumption,

Speaker:

if you go the path of external

Speaker:

fulfillment, that's a never-ending road.

Speaker:

This on the other hand,

Speaker:

when we turn inside,

Speaker:

when we focus on presence,

Speaker:

when we focus on love,

Speaker:

it's something quite different.

Speaker:

So that's a path and a choice that

Speaker:

I wanna help people through and how it

Speaker:

relates to their own life.

Speaker:

And there's some other things that I've

Speaker:

been coming up to, which I just did,

Speaker:

I'm in the middle of a four day

Speaker:

fast with the full moon.

Speaker:

And I realized that it's been so awesome

Speaker:

that I wanna also open that up as

Speaker:

a container

Speaker:

next year to get people towards, you know,

Speaker:

deeper fasting and moon cycles as well.

Speaker:

Why would the moon cycle?

Speaker:

Tell me.

Speaker:

Yeah, I think it's one, it's monthly.

Speaker:

So it's kind of like a reset.

Speaker:

And I think I would start people with

Speaker:

about a twenty four hour fast.

Speaker:

There's energetic,

Speaker:

spiritual health benefits to fasting that

Speaker:

are really significant and also

Speaker:

it shifts our relationship with desire,

Speaker:

with dopamine,

Speaker:

which are pretty rampant today.

Speaker:

So for me,

Speaker:

all the techniques and all the programs

Speaker:

and things that I would initiate are about

Speaker:

expanding awareness,

Speaker:

about helping people have greater

Speaker:

sovereignty or agency within themselves.

Speaker:

We talk about the matrix and the program,

Speaker:

but there's something to it.

Speaker:

When you live your life so busy and

Speaker:

your adrenals are shot and you don't

Speaker:

really understand it,

Speaker:

yet your nervous system,

Speaker:

you're a product of your environment.

Speaker:

And so what I hope for people is

Speaker:

that they ask questions, they get curious,

Speaker:

they lead life with a little bit of

Speaker:

wonder, their childlike wonder,

Speaker:

regain that and open up to a different

Speaker:

type of experience.

Speaker:

So I hope that for others.

Speaker:

That word awareness is just something we

Speaker:

can, it's to me, well, one,

Speaker:

when you're aware, you can't be unaware.

Speaker:

You become aware.

Speaker:

But the other part is awareness is a

Speaker:

choice, right?

Speaker:

Where we put our attention is a choice.

Speaker:

And this, the outside world,

Speaker:

especially the, that type of meta,

Speaker:

you know, is, is,

Speaker:

is like you said so nicely is like,

Speaker:

it's,

Speaker:

it's job is to keep you unaware of

Speaker:

your inner.

Speaker:

And it takes work.

Speaker:

This is why I tell you all the

Speaker:

time, I'm not on social.

Speaker:

I just don't do that.

Speaker:

Not because I don't love being connected

Speaker:

in the world.

Speaker:

I have LinkedIn and this podcast to

Speaker:

connect me to people.

Speaker:

But I just, I don't have,

Speaker:

I don't have room for that right now

Speaker:

in my life because of all the things

Speaker:

that are coming.

Speaker:

I love synchronicity.

Speaker:

It's my awe and synchronicity are my

Speaker:

favorite words.

Speaker:

And I tell people all the time,

Speaker:

I was like,

Speaker:

I don't have a gratitude journal anymore.

Speaker:

I have a synchronicity journal.

Speaker:

Because when you are aware and you are

Speaker:

attuned, and you're more in yourself,

Speaker:

whole, I guess, is a good way.

Speaker:

You see it.

Speaker:

It's there.

Speaker:

It's there all the time.

Speaker:

And at the same time,

Speaker:

when you're not aware,

Speaker:

and when you are focused on

Speaker:

whether you call it negative or low

Speaker:

vibrational frequency energies of like

Speaker:

lack and, you know, scarcity,

Speaker:

like you said, it was like,

Speaker:

that's also a law of attraction and how

Speaker:

you get it back to you.

Speaker:

So, you know,

Speaker:

you always have those things that,

Speaker:

that work with that.

Speaker:

So I'm, I'm,

Speaker:

so you're working with people now you're

Speaker:

doing these, these, these new,

Speaker:

exciting things.

Speaker:

So yeah,

Speaker:

new offerings and offering some one-on-one

Speaker:

as well, which is some energy work.

Speaker:

There could be some chakra balancing.

Speaker:

There could be some story reframing.

Speaker:

I could definitely kind of ask about

Speaker:

different things regarding like the body

Speaker:

and the chakras and the stories,

Speaker:

sometimes even going into traumas in

Speaker:

wounded areas.

Speaker:

And I have this protocol called Hugging

Speaker:

the Cactus,

Speaker:

which is going into, you know,

Speaker:

these really deep moments and shifting it.

Speaker:

And it's, yeah, it's, it's,

Speaker:

it's out there, but it's changed lives.

Speaker:

And it happens when we can slow down

Speaker:

and refine this journey.

Speaker:

So it's, it's, it's,

Speaker:

I just feel so blessed to help people

Speaker:

through these type of things.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

You and I have similar,

Speaker:

let's call them avatars,

Speaker:

people we love working with,

Speaker:

entrepreneurs, high achievers,

Speaker:

because we were those people, right?

Speaker:

We were those people that didn't slow

Speaker:

down.

Speaker:

So I know you.

Speaker:

So it's what you say is because you've

Speaker:

lived it.

Speaker:

And like when I talk about longevity and

Speaker:

wholeness and body, mind, spirit,

Speaker:

it's not because I've learned it in a

Speaker:

book.

Speaker:

I've definitely spent well over twenty

Speaker:

thousand hours learning this stuff,

Speaker:

but I've lived it.

Speaker:

And so when you say the things you're

Speaker:

saying of working with people is because

Speaker:

some of this has been transmitted to you,

Speaker:

but you've also lived these experiences.

Speaker:

So that's why I think there's some.

Speaker:

beautiful authenticity to that.

Speaker:

And I love working with people a year.

Speaker:

You bridge neuroscience performance,

Speaker:

spirituality so naturally now,

Speaker:

just like it's your essence of who you

Speaker:

are.

Speaker:

How do you translate this modern,

Speaker:

I would call that the modern mysticism for

Speaker:

high achievers and entrepreneurs?

Speaker:

Yeah, so I think it starts with,

Speaker:

can you acknowledge that there's something

Speaker:

greater than yourself?

Speaker:

And with that acknowledgement,

Speaker:

there's reverence and there's openness.

Speaker:

And so I don't think it's, hey,

Speaker:

I have the answers,

Speaker:

but are you willing to question and

Speaker:

explore and play this game of energy and

Speaker:

frequency?

Speaker:

And if we can get there and have

Speaker:

fun,

Speaker:

and i think there's levity involved as

Speaker:

well because it it can can be really

Speaker:

heavy it can get heavy and so i

Speaker:

think you and i something that's really

Speaker:

awesome is that we've had so much fun

Speaker:

along the way and really deep really you

Speaker:

know healing heavily we've gone deep

Speaker:

The deepest of deep, I think,

Speaker:

in many ways.

Speaker:

And when you just said brevity and levity,

Speaker:

because when I met you,

Speaker:

you were like Sunny Culture,

Speaker:

Johnny Sunshine,

Speaker:

wearing a suit with the big brick.

Speaker:

And I got to expose you here a

Speaker:

little bit because we're brothers.

Speaker:

Do it.

Speaker:

One of your nicknames that we've created

Speaker:

over the years is...

Speaker:

Cause you had the big beard and you're

Speaker:

just very spiritual was goofy.

Speaker:

Jesus.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

And to me,

Speaker:

like that is the essence for you because

Speaker:

it's like, you're very spiritual.

Speaker:

You're highly,

Speaker:

you ask those questions that don't need

Speaker:

answers.

Speaker:

You're, you're, you're awesome.

Speaker:

You've been a good coach and friend for

Speaker:

me.

Speaker:

But you play that levity,

Speaker:

that comedian kind of feel.

Speaker:

Because to me,

Speaker:

the same thing with shamans.

Speaker:

They literally do deep work and they

Speaker:

freaking laugh half the time because they

Speaker:

make fun of themselves and life because

Speaker:

they...

Speaker:

There's a lightness to that when you're

Speaker:

like, you know what, the world might be,

Speaker:

you might feel like it's shutting down,

Speaker:

but it's like,

Speaker:

it's going to be all right.

Speaker:

I'm going to wake up tomorrow.

Speaker:

Everything's good.

Speaker:

And sometimes I use that.

Speaker:

And to some people it's very offensive,

Speaker:

but I think, you know,

Speaker:

you gotta be a little goofy.

Speaker:

You gotta be a little fun or else,

Speaker:

or else it just becomes so heavy.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

Cause it is, we're doing deep work too,

Speaker:

you know?

Speaker:

Inner child.

Speaker:

I think there's some innocence there.

Speaker:

There's some trust.

Speaker:

I think it comes from a place of

Speaker:

trust, knowing that at the end,

Speaker:

it's going to be okay.

Speaker:

And if anything happens between here and

Speaker:

there, what, what,

Speaker:

in what way do we choose to go

Speaker:

through that, that trial?

Speaker:

So if the journey is the destination,

Speaker:

then shouldn't we laugh along the way?

Speaker:

Enjoy the journey, right?

Speaker:

Not the destination.

Speaker:

I always use the analogy of like,

Speaker:

if you keep chasing the sunset,

Speaker:

you'll never get it.

Speaker:

It's always moving, right?

Speaker:

And so, you know,

Speaker:

that stillness over that hustle is,

Speaker:

do you, like, I feel like that's what,

Speaker:

like, we've uncovered here.

Speaker:

Like,

Speaker:

why do you believe stillness rather than

Speaker:

hustle is becoming the new competitive

Speaker:

advantage as a competitive person that you

Speaker:

used to be?

Speaker:

I think it has to do with your

Speaker:

point of resonance.

Speaker:

So if I'm hustling for it,

Speaker:

there's an inherent scarcity or lack that

Speaker:

I'm seeking to grab that something is

Speaker:

outside of me.

Speaker:

But there's greater flow in allowing for

Speaker:

things to move towards you.

Speaker:

So I believe that we are a magnet.

Speaker:

And so embodying that magnet,

Speaker:

what would you choose to be,

Speaker:

to magnify towards you?

Speaker:

And you say, okay,

Speaker:

what am I pulling versus what am I

Speaker:

chasing to me is pushing.

Speaker:

And I just, for me,

Speaker:

I spent a lifetime already pushing.

Speaker:

So I've tried that.

Speaker:

I've tried, you know, all those ways.

Speaker:

And I felt good about myself for a

Speaker:

little bit.

Speaker:

I believe I was tapping from a finite

Speaker:

source.

Speaker:

And, and for me, it's like,

Speaker:

it's coffee and it was proving it was,

Speaker:

it was literally, it was unworthiness.

Speaker:

That's what I saw within my life.

Speaker:

And that's what allowed me to be an

Speaker:

international tennis player,

Speaker:

build a multimillion dollar business,

Speaker:

you know, do so many incredible things,

Speaker:

um, all my achievements.

Speaker:

But one day,

Speaker:

living from the heart in presence to me

Speaker:

is worth more than all of those

Speaker:

achievements.

Speaker:

you've lived it through your experience

Speaker:

this isn't something we learn in a book

Speaker:

we we know um yeah and it and

Speaker:

and it's something greater it's that's the

Speaker:

energy that i want to contribute to this

Speaker:

plane to this universe and so knowing that

Speaker:

then how do i reorient my values and

Speaker:

one of them i was focused on the

Speaker:

material in in vedic they call it the

Speaker:

maya the delusion

Speaker:

And the other,

Speaker:

you're focused on simply being connected

Speaker:

to it all and loving each breath,

Speaker:

being grateful for each breath,

Speaker:

for being fully present and admiring and

Speaker:

being so excited with everybody we

Speaker:

interact with.

Speaker:

There's a complete shift there.

Speaker:

And I think we're at a time where

Speaker:

the world is upgrading.

Speaker:

So it's exciting.

Speaker:

Where do you think we're going?

Speaker:

I know you know,

Speaker:

we're in the same circles of the seekers

Speaker:

and the finders and the people that are

Speaker:

raising consciousness,

Speaker:

but I feel like we're at a five

Speaker:

thousand year cycle of humanity shifting

Speaker:

into something completely new.

Speaker:

I want to know what you think,

Speaker:

where we're going.

Speaker:

Well,

Speaker:

I'll give you some different hot takes

Speaker:

here.

Speaker:

But one is the yugas.

Speaker:

And that's the astrology and the science

Speaker:

coming from India.

Speaker:

And they believe that there's these yuga

Speaker:

systems, which are about a twenty four,

Speaker:

twenty four thousand year cycle.

Speaker:

And so we just came out of the

Speaker:

ascending Kali Yuga,

Speaker:

which was the darkest period.

Speaker:

So there's two periods of each descending.

Speaker:

And so we have the descending Kali Yuga

Speaker:

and then the ascending.

Speaker:

And now we are in the bronze age.

Speaker:

So in the bronze age,

Speaker:

you're going to begin to see an expansion

Speaker:

of consciousness, of technology.

Speaker:

So there's a general uplift,

Speaker:

which I'll point to that.

Speaker:

Then I would say there's a divide that's

Speaker:

happening.

Speaker:

And it's

Speaker:

are people going to lean towards

Speaker:

connection with self into source to God,

Speaker:

or are they going to choose technology?

Speaker:

So there's like this transhumanist,

Speaker:

you know, thing that's happening.

Speaker:

And I, listen,

Speaker:

I use chat GPT and I enjoy technology,

Speaker:

but it doesn't replace our connection with

Speaker:

source.

Speaker:

It doesn't replace the,

Speaker:

the original frequency, the truth,

Speaker:

which is love.

Speaker:

And so other people are going to have

Speaker:

their own journeys to discern what is

Speaker:

right for them.

Speaker:

And that's where the split is happening.

Speaker:

I think we're at the first point where

Speaker:

there's multiple realities happening right

Speaker:

now.

Speaker:

And you can feel it.

Speaker:

There's somebody that you'll interact with

Speaker:

and you're like,

Speaker:

we're on two different universes.

Speaker:

And you are.

Speaker:

And it's because people with different

Speaker:

points of resonance and living in

Speaker:

different frequencies are projecting the

Speaker:

realities in completely different ways.

Speaker:

And so I think that split is going

Speaker:

to be more abrupt and I think it's

Speaker:

going to be very peaceful.

Speaker:

I don't think anything bad is going to

Speaker:

happen,

Speaker:

but people that are just still wanting to

Speaker:

choose these,

Speaker:

these other types of realities are going

Speaker:

to be able to choose that free will.

Speaker:

And there are other people that are

Speaker:

turning inward and,

Speaker:

And are recognizing deeper parts of

Speaker:

themself.

Speaker:

And when you can,

Speaker:

when you go deeper within yourself,

Speaker:

that's where you are connecting to source

Speaker:

and connecting to a deeper part of

Speaker:

reality.

Speaker:

And that's really beautiful.

Speaker:

I just realized, um,

Speaker:

the sun coming out in front of your

Speaker:

PJ with love is coming.

Speaker:

I see it.

Speaker:

This is beautiful.

Speaker:

Like, um, the sun just came through.

Speaker:

did um so yeah so i think there's

Speaker:

the you guys there's the divide that's

Speaker:

happening and uh the last thing i'd say

Speaker:

is that love is inevitable love is one

Speaker:

god is one it's inevitable i think any

Speaker:

inversion any other forces can simply

Speaker:

delay the inevitable and so with that

Speaker:

level of trust and we just continue to

Speaker:

surrender and and move towards each other

Speaker:

that's that's what's really beautiful

Speaker:

right now so like all i want to

Speaker:

do is is figure out what my greatest

Speaker:

gifts are and serve and i think we're

Speaker:

gonna have a lot of other people in

Speaker:

that same frame of like i'm here to

Speaker:

serve i'm here to um do something greater

Speaker:

than myself and and that might be an

Speaker:

evolution of capitalism and the way we

Speaker:

distribute resources and work on projects

Speaker:

and solve you know world issues and so

Speaker:

and that's that's exciting

Speaker:

I love that.

Speaker:

And that's, that's,

Speaker:

that's the essence of being human, right?

Speaker:

Is just serve to the greater good,

Speaker:

to your greatest capacity.

Speaker:

And you can't do that until your,

Speaker:

your bucket's over full.

Speaker:

So doing you first has been a big,

Speaker:

a big journey for me as well.

Speaker:

And I've been honored and privileged and

Speaker:

grateful to be on this journey with you,

Speaker:

my brother.

Speaker:

Um,

Speaker:

and no doubt it is just the beginning

Speaker:

and it's never ending.

Speaker:

And I feel when you understand that as

Speaker:

a positive life turns in a really cool

Speaker:

way, right?

Speaker:

It's like, it's never ending.

Speaker:

No, it's never ending.

Speaker:

And it's good because it gets better and

Speaker:

better and better.

Speaker:

Um, so find them.

Speaker:

PJ dot with love on Instagram, Tik TOK,

Speaker:

YouTube, man, you are a force of nature.

Speaker:

You are just,

Speaker:

I love seeing you just come out into

Speaker:

this beautiful,

Speaker:

like being that you are in this light

Speaker:

being that you are shining light on the

Speaker:

world and, and doing it in your way,

Speaker:

which is where I think a lot of

Speaker:

us can learn from that.

Speaker:

So yeah,

Speaker:

This has been fun.

Speaker:

We're going to do another one.

Speaker:

I know.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

There's a lot more to unpack here.

Speaker:

We can go for hours.

Speaker:

This is why it's like, no,

Speaker:

we got to work it around the hour

Speaker:

and we'll figure it out.

Speaker:

And here we are.

Speaker:

All right, my friend,

Speaker:

I will see you on the other side.

Speaker:

This has been a fun episode.

Speaker:

Thank you.

Speaker:

Love you, brother.

Speaker:

Until next time, everybody.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

Stay well.
