I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Did you know that you have a blueprint? That is you have a framework that you live your life by. And it wasn't created all on your own doing right? You heard certain messages, you had certain behaviors role modeled to you, you had different experiences. And a lot of them repeated over and over again. And whether you liked it or not, they became a part of who you were, they became your blueprint. And if you look back at those messages, specific to a certain area, you can quickly see what your blueprint is. So I'll give you an example. When when I was starting my journey and finding financial security in my life, it was all those messages I'd heard about money about gotta work hard, you got to save hard, don't want to go into more debt on a pay everything off. More messages, like you know, we're living in a sort of working class or the area where if someone came down the street in a really nice car, me and all the other kids around on the street would have a bit of a laugh and go our must be a drug dealer. That's just the mindset, right? It's like me, if you're if you're wealthy, then you, then you must have got up to no good. Or the other mindset that I heard a lot was, oh, that's a rich, insert exploitive there, because this concept that rich people aren't good people or aren't nice people. And you may be nodding and agreeing with some of the things I'm saying. The reality is that whether we're talking about money or any other area of life is there's a percentage of people who aren't particularly nice. And there's a percentage of people that that are really nice. And then there's a whole lot of people somewhere in between. It's not specifically related to a certain economic standard of living a certain demographic, a certain area, there's just percentages of people who behave different ways. But if you've heard that message again and again, then it's created a blueprint now for whatever area in your life that you're wanting to change at the moment. How to think about what the blueprint Blueprint was, what it is, from the messages that you heard from what you experienced them role modeling that you had, write it down. And then have a think about what were the positive messages you heard? What are the parts of your blueprint that you want to keep? That's been an important part of your life, and you want to retain it. If the things that are good, keep them and for the things that are not so good. You can re write the blueprint. Les Brown, I think said language is a software of the mind. So let's do a software upgrade. Change the blueprint, upgrade your software, write a whole new story, whole new message. You've heard all these different things. Now aside, you got to make it another way. You're going to be the role model of whatever it is you want. You are going to be that shining example of it. You're going to say the right things that you know you need to say to be a positive version of whatever you're working on. And think about your legacy and the impact you want to have for maybe your children or family members or for many generations to come. What is the blueprint need to be?

That's the power of of By understanding your blueprint and committing it to paper for the areas that you're happy with, and then rewriting, have an awareness of what of what's not so good. And then rewriting that story through a positive lens, credit or new blueprint that's going to carry you for to exactly where you want to be in life. Now, as always, we'd love for you to share with me the impact of this or any thoughts or questions, maybe there's part of you that doesn't necessarily binder that maybe you're having problems coming up with what those messages were, maybe you've erased some of those different things. And you have any thoughts on that then let me know. And as always, SHARE this if you know someone who would benefit from this, and the more that you can share for me, and review the podcast, then together, the more people that we can positively impact to help them unlock their grief code and enjoy more of their life.
