The Albanese government has changed the law to give a massive tax benefit to trans lobby group Equality Australia, in defiance of a ruling by the courts that it is a political advocacy organisation. "Political advocacy" is the same justification used for deregistering Family First (but not groups like Greenpeace, The Helen Clark Foundation, Drug Foundation, InsideOut and many other leftist charities in NZ who also do political advocacy.) So does this new Australian tax benefit for a group which opposes female-only spaces for -biological women & who led the campaign for same-sex marriage in their 2017 plebiscite also apply for conservative & Christian groups?
