Speaker A:

Hello, everyone, everywhere.

Speaker A:

Pastor Bob Thibodeau here.

Speaker A:

Welcome to the Faith Based business podcast for today.

Speaker A:

We're so blessed that you're joining us as we continue our training on the kingdompreneur business blueprint.

Speaker A:

And folks, if you missed any of the prior episodes, you need to go back and catch up.

Speaker A:

Because I got so much to cover that I just don't have time to replay and go over things that we talked about in the past.

Speaker A:

Okay, so, you know, this is episode.

Speaker A:

I believe it's seven.

Speaker A:

So if you missed any of the.

Speaker A:

The prior week, go back and catch up and we'll just continue to truck on.

Speaker A:

All right.

Speaker A:

Because I want to.

Speaker A:

Let me go ahead and share the screen.

Speaker A:

We'll jump into today's study with you.

Speaker A:

Praise the Lord.

Speaker A:

Over here.

Speaker A:

Right there.

Speaker A:

Put this down here.

Speaker A:

Did it go?

Speaker A:

Nope.

Speaker A:

Stop to share.

Speaker A:

Try that again.

Speaker A:

Let's.

Speaker A:

That one and that one.

Speaker A:

I get in a hurry as it happens best.

Speaker A:

Bob gets in a hurry, and mistakes are made.

Speaker A:

All right, so take your time when you're doing this stuff.

Speaker A:

Praise God.

Speaker A:

But I want to talk to you about designing a memorable client experience.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

Clients want to feel appreciated and recognized and acknowledging their unique needs and showing a genuine gratitude just for their trust in your business that creates that personal type of connection.

Speaker A:

And to do that, go ahead and click here.

Speaker A:

To do that, we need to craft experiences for our clients that will inspire them.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

In life and business.

Speaker A:

And faith.

Speaker A:

Yes, in faith, too.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

But when clients feel valued, they become more than our customers.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

They become loyal, really?

Speaker A:

Advocates who appreciate your service.

Speaker A:

On a deeper level, it's not unusual for someone to come up to me at some point in time and say something.

Speaker A:

Effect of, hey, I listened to you when.

Speaker A:

When this, this, and this or XYZ was happening in my life, and you gave me the encouragement or the inspiration that.

Speaker A:

That I needed at that point in time.

Speaker A:

And usually it's because of my ministry broadcasts and things like that, but when someone shares something like that with me, it just makes my day.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

I remember the first time it happened.

Speaker A:

I was speaking at a business conference, and I had some books set out there, you know, because I had a book table, of course, you know, as a speaker, and someone said, are you Pastor Bob?

Speaker A:

I goes, yeah, I watch you on YouTube every week.

Speaker A:

You're my guy.

Speaker A:

And I mean, that just made that.

Speaker A:

I mean, that made my.

Speaker A:

He got a free book.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Praise God.

Speaker A:

But the point I'm trying to make is when someone comes up to you and says that that is someone who you know you've helped and that makes everything worthwhile.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Praise the Lord.

Speaker A:

Engagement.

Speaker A:

Pull like this, emotional engagement builds meaningful relationships.

Speaker A:

And when you empathize with your clients struggles and you get to celebrate their victories.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Just listening and responding with care shows them they matter to you.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

And those emotional connections, they leave a lasting impression.

Speaker A:

They really do.

Speaker A:

They create loyalty, they create trust that outlasts really any kind of monetary transaction.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

It goes beyond the money.

Speaker A:

Praise the Lord.

Speaker A:

Some clients will just come back to you and they'll actually thank you for being there for them in their time of need.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

And most of the time, a lot of the time, you may not even remember the interaction.

Speaker A:

Yeah, that's right.

Speaker A:

If you, if you do this long enough, you probably want to remember what you said at a, at a webinar, you know, two years ago type thing.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

But they remember it.

Speaker A:

And if you become really, really good and intentional and do this, you will, it would be just so natural for you to, to help people as you're doing this, to create this type of, of memorable experiences that, that they cherish.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

You won't remember what this particular client is referring to, but they did.

Speaker A:

They still remember it.

Speaker A:

And that's really all that matters.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Now when you incorporate faith based encouragement into your interactions, you can make a lasting impact.

Speaker A:

Praise God.

Speaker A:

A kind word, a relevant Bible verse.

Speaker A:

Offering prayer.

Speaker A:

We talked about that yesterday.

Speaker A:

Offering prayer, when appropriate, that communicates that you care about them, you care about their well being, not just their business, but them.

Speaker A:

And that deepens the relationship and reflects the kingdom values that you uphold.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Your willingness to be vulnerable in offering to pray with them.

Speaker A:

Remember we talked about that yesterday, about them making themselves vulnerable when they share something with you.

Speaker A:

Now this is how you become vulnerable to them.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Okay, so that interactions going on, that vulnerability aspect that we talked about yesterday flows both ways.

Speaker A:

Unexpected moments of delight just elevate the client experience.

Speaker A:

I mean, simple gestures like just sending a thoughtful note or offering a surprise benefit, you know, that can create a joyful, memorable experience.

Speaker A:

Like the guy I was talking about, you know, several years ago at the business conference, I mean, he just made my day.

Speaker A:

And he got a free autograph book.

Speaker A:

Not that my autograph matters.

Speaker A:

Anything on there.

Speaker A:

Okay, then it probably took away value from the book.

Speaker A:

But the point being, he, he's probably still got that book somewhere today.

Speaker A:

Hey, man, I don't know, but he made my day, I made his day.

Speaker A:

And that's something I Remember?

Speaker A:

And I'm pretty sure he does, too.

Speaker A:

If we, if we brought it over, we ever passed each other and all that, okay?

Speaker A:

But these small acts folks, that's not huge.

Speaker A:

That's just a small thing.

Speaker A:

But these small acts show that you have gone above and beyond to serve your clients well.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

And that's what it's all about.

Speaker A:

Now, tailoring their experience to each client demonstrates your attentiveness to their unique needs and preferences.

Speaker A:

You know, use personal details from previous conversations or insights to make them feel understood.

Speaker A:

You know, if you're teaching a class or something like that, and maybe it's one on one, you say, now remember we talked about this, you know, gosh, a couple months ago, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Speaker A:

And oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay.

Speaker A:

That shows that you still remember everything that they talked about, right?

Speaker A:

That personalized touch shows clients that they're more than just a number, more than just a check off the block type thing.

Speaker A:

They are unique individuals whom you value deeply.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Now, tomorrow, in the very next episode, we're going to dive into storytelling with a purpose.

Speaker A:

I did a series a couple of weeks back just on storytelling.

Speaker A:

This is an important aspect of the kingdompreneur business blueprint.

Speaker A:

You do not want to miss it.

Speaker A:

Matter of fact, you want to prep for this, Go back and listen to the trainings we did just on storytelling.

Speaker A:

Praise God.

Speaker A:

And storytelling can help you to authentically share your mission, inspire that trust that is so necessary in today's business environment.

Speaker A:

And folks, I'm telling you, you do not want to miss this one tomorrow.

Speaker A:

Praise God.

Speaker A:

Speaker A:

Praise God.

Speaker A:

We'll pray for you.

Speaker A:

Praise.

Speaker A:

I mean, folks, we're here to serve.

Speaker A:

That's what this training is about.

Speaker A:

I'm trying to serve you and bringing you up to the next level.

Speaker A:

Praise God.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

So let's start a conversation.

Speaker A:

Praise the Lord.

Speaker A:

Start a conversation with Pastor Bob that carries this presentation even further.

Speaker A:

Glory to God.

Speaker A:

Don't shut me down when I'm preaching.

Speaker A:

Good.

Speaker A:

Hallelujah.

Speaker A:

Till next time.

Speaker A:

Oh, man.

Speaker A:

Let me.

Speaker A:

I want to look you in the eye again.

Speaker A:

Until next time.

Speaker A:

This is Pastor Bob reminding you to be blessed in all that you do.
