Nick Fay is a former Semi-Professional Football player, Green Beret Sniper, Professional Chef, Strength and Conditioning coach, Husband, Father, and Hockey player. Having deployed multiple times to Iraq, Afghanistan, Colombia, and Guatemala, Nick draws on his experiences in the military and his various other professions in raising his kids and preparing them for the future.
