Steve's diagnosis of transverse myelitis and the interactions with systems over the last six months led me to deep dive into self-care, mental wellness, and self-improvement and how they are not the "cure" we are led to believe they are.

If the institutions causing the stress and tension that lead to self-care trends are not addressed, no amount of yoga will save us.
