Welcome to this special teaser episode for International Week of Yoga: Movement, Meditation, Spirit & the Divine Feminine, an 8-day podcast series created to celebrate International Day of Yoga and explore yoga as so much more than physical movement.
In this series, we will look at yoga as a sacred path of healing, self-awareness, breath, devotion, meditation, and spiritual connection. Yoga is often seen as exercise or stretching, but its roots go much deeper. At its heart, yoga invites us into union — union with the body, breath, mind, soul, and the Divine.
Throughout this 8-day journey, we will explore the history of yoga, the deeper meaning of yoga, the limbs and paths of yoga, different types of yoga practices, and how yoga can support the mind, body, and soul. We will also look at how yoga connects with the Divine Feminine, sacred embodiment, goddess energy, and the priestess path.
This series is for beginners, spiritual seekers, women walking the Divine Feminine path, priestesses, healers, and anyone curious about how yoga can become a practice of healing, devotion, and coming home to yourself.
You do not have to be flexible. You do not have to be experienced. You do not have to know all the poses. You are invited to come exactly as you are.
