Today we welcome Vice President of Fitness Programming and Head Instructor at Peloton, Robin Arzón! Robin is the New York Times best selling author of Shut Up and Run, the Global Brand Ambassador for Adidas, former lawyer, an ultra-runner, and certified bada$$.
