Caroline Gayle is Technology lead in Accenture’s Financial Services practice in Canada and the company’s managing director sponsor for Corporate Citizenship in Canada. She has been mentoring the next generation of women leaders in the technology and communications space at Accenture for more than 20 years, sharing her knowledge, providing guidance and working side-by-side with her teams to achieve success.Caroline is also the Women’s Initiative Lead for 1,900 Accenture Technology team members in Canada, which includes 614 women. In this role she is responsible for developing and monitoring the mentoring, recruiting, retention and advancement plans and joint client initiatives. Sh also serves as the Inclusion and Diversity Lead for Accenture’s Technology practice in Canada.Caroline is actively involved with a number of non-profit and charitable organizations, including the Foundation for an Entrepreneurial Canada.In Part #2 of our interview, we focus on how Caroline is thriving through COVID-19.
