Summary:

A new realm of oneness has opened up to the family of God. The very foundation of this oneness is the Lordship of Jesus Christ and our love for the Father and one another. In this oneness our individuality is swallowed up as we function as His family in His love.   Show Notes:
  • A realm of oneness has opened up in which we all participate together in something bigger that ourselves.
  • This realm of oneness is not based on all of us believing the same doctrine or teaching.
  • This oneness is based on the Lordship of Jesus Christ and our open hearts to one another.
  • As we function in this realm all our differences fade away as we are aware of our love for one another.
  • This is a new day, the day of Spirit. It’s a day that our Father is perfecting our spirit.
  • Any personal issues and battle is not your battle, but something coming against the oneness of Christ in His family.
  • As we function as a family in this oneness, we stop thinking of ourselves and are totally engulfed in our love for one another.
  • It’s all about the love of God in us.
  • That’s what honors God. You shall love the Lord your God with all of your mind, your heart, and strength. That’s your individual relationship with God. That;s where it begins.
  • As we enter this realm of oneness we begin to love our brother with the same love as we love God.
  • It’s this grace for one another flowing back and forth. We freely been given, and we freely give this life for one another.

God has opened a realm of oneness where we participate together in the love of Christ. That realm of love supersedes anything really that comes out of anyone's mouth at any particular time. It's an abiding place. There we go. You remember Jesus says; in my Father's house – many abiding places. Well, God is opening an abiding place for us together, and it's just unique.

It's a realm of spirit, and in it, we just love each other. There's a consciousness of participating in a bigger thing than ourselves. But I know I refuse, we refuse to walk with God as individuals. And I'm not saying, of course, that we dump our relationship with the Lord, because things have been very intimate.

It's real - this realm of being together. And we want to maintain that consciousness. This level of us walking together, one Spirit. We've come to this level not because we all believe the same exact doctrine or teachings about any given thing.

We've come here because our heart, we've come to this level because our hearts have been open to God. And there's been a submission to Christ's Lordship in our hearts. And we have determined to be open to one another and to walk together. That's the basis of the oneness, not in any particular teachings we may hold or not hold or any of that stuff.

My brother, my sister's heart is open. We're open to the Lord in a realm, and that's where I'm going to live.

This is really what the family of God is all about. I look at the first century church, which was the colony, first colony of the kingdom, established on earth by Christ Himself, and it was family.

It was such a strong, connected family. When I look at us, I see the same thing. I see what the Lord has accomplished in and through each and every one of us individually. But when we gather together, there is such a special anointing that comes through, and that anointing is the oneness that Roger is mentioning here.

It's a oneness that we're experiencing that I don't think we've ever experienced to the degree it's happening right now. And I think it has a lot to do with the day we're living in. This is a new day. This is the day of spirit, as we're saying, and it's a day that our Father is perfecting our spirits.

Because we're in this process to become more like him, just like Christ was in the process when He walked on this earth to become more like His Father.

Our oneness is the most effective way that we can function, and we are family. And there's something of a cry in our hearts that just refuses to be separated.

And there's many things that are coming in today to try and separate us. And the reason they are is the enemy, which is, that's his goal - to separate us. And we refuse to be separated. We stand together and we see the authority and the anointing and the power of God function through us because of our oneness.

Packed into this realm are the feelings, the awareness, the consciousness of being part of something bigger than yourself. It's not just having it preached to you and you know it. You begin to experience it. You can tell the difference between when you're conscious of it and when you're not, because God has brought us into a realm.

The thing that under-girds it all is the love of Christ for one another. That is the foundation of this oneness, this realm that God has brought us into. That when you stand in it, all you can know is your love for your brother and your sister. What other differences you would have, they seem to fade away because we're in this realm together.

The only reason we're here is because God has done something very specific in each one of our hearts. He's dealt with us. I'm going to have an open spirit; I'm going to have an open heart; I'm going to be submissive to Christ's Lordship. Those are very specific things that are worked into us so that we can abide in this realm.

We're going to walk in a consciousness of what God has given us and not be ripped off. Once you experience this realm, you've got a plumbline from that point on to know what's true and what's false. This is what's real and true. It's a consciousness of each other, of just loving you. I think at times, damn, I just want to start writing emails to people for no reason, because it just wells up in my heart.

Just, hey, babe, I love you. See you later. That's all you got to say, but because it comes up in your heart, because your consciousness of a realm of the love of Christ that we've become to and are abiding in. The entire battle is to pull us down into a place of individuals where we're cut off from that flow, that feeling, whatever you want to call it.

And all we are is just us trying to walk with God. There are the times, sure, you sit and you abide in His presence. You come into this oneness, your personal battles disappear. I used to get so angry hearing that, because it never worked for me.

But God has brought us to something now where it does work, and it's easy. But we're going to stay here, because it does get battled. And if we recognize personal issues and personal warfare coming up right then, that it's not your battle, it's the battle against Christ and His oneness among us.

Jesus said, I didn't come into the world to serve Myself. I came into the world to save you. There's something about the fact that Jesus laid down His life for each one of us, and we're to be Christ in the earth. That means that we should be willing to lay down our lives for each other. When you do that and your focus is not on yourself, not praying for yourself; not really entertaining things about yourself, but more concerned about your brethren. There's something in that, that is a part, a big part, of the family spirit. You get lost in the fellowship of the believers and loving each member so much, you can't even think about yourself.

And I think the scripture really bears this out. Love your neighbor as yourself. In fact, I think it was Paul that said, even consider your brother more important than yourself. What do you mean by that? Well, maybe that brother is going through something, and he needs your help to overcome in the spirit realm.

And by setting him free, you're enabling him to set somebody else free. This is a principle in the body. We are functioning together to be a release for each other. You start doing it and you lose sight of your own things that are going on in your life and you get caught up in the reality of how this body functions and it is a beautiful thing.

I think it all has to do with the love of God. Roger, you were talking about the battle. I don't think that goes away right away because if something's giving to given to you freely you become spoiled, and you don't realize the value of what you've been given. But if you have to work for it, if you have to battle through it, and you receive it, then you realize the value of what you've been given. Not that you earned it, but you've been given it. This thing of God's love, if you take all the religious trappings, and all the scriptures out of it, it's a people that have fallen in love with one another. I would term it doctrine versus love, which will you choose?

We're falling in love with one another, make it that simple. And it has nothing to do with the way we believe. Take that out of your brain. Our doctrines, the way we've been raised on a human level, take that out of the picture, and just fall in love with the person, the person in front of you.

It's an effort of faith to stay in this realm and refuse to leave it. And when we refuse to leave it, and that effort of faith is initiated, all these things become real and stay real to us. But you got to fight to stay there consciously. Because the battles do come, and it's a lot easier to say it than it is to live it. That we stop relating to what comes out of people's mouths, and start listening to what's coming out of their spirit. Which may be two different things entirely.

Because it's what people say that causes us to back off or to withdraw, or “I don't know about that,” and get a little critical. But really, where's their heart? Where's their spirit? We have to see Christ. See that revelation of the Lord in that person. And that takes some effort. That's not easy. It takes a discernment that God has given us where we stop relating on one level, and we stick in that other one. To make that transition like what Ron was saying, from one thing to the love.

It takes a dedication in our hearts. This is where I'm going to walk. We are learning to love what Christ is in us. We're learning to love the changes that He's brought in us of Himself.

That's what honors God. You shall love the Lord your God with all of your mind, your heart, strength. That's your individual relationship with God. That's where it begins. It has to begin between you and Him, of loving Him with all of your heart. And there's a second commandment, Jesus said, likened to the first, meaning that they're equal they're not second; they're the same. He says you should love your neighbor as yourself - that self, love your neighbor as yourself. Mystically, it's pointing toward love your neighbor the same way you love God. The first commandment has to do with us individually with the Lord. The second commandment is being applied.

It's another level. It's another step. And it applies to us collectively. Love your neighbor as yourself. In other words, love your brother and sister the way you love God in your individual relationship. There shouldn't be any distinction. To love your neighbor as yourself is to love your neighbor as you love the Lord.

We come into a realm where our love for one another is the same as our love for God. Really it's one commandment because Jesus said, and the second likened to the first, mystically pointing toward your personal relationship with the Lord. We walk with God as an individual. Then we begin to walk with God together.

The first two scriptures there, about loving God with all your heart, your might, your strength, all of that. And then your neighbor as yourself means that the more you love God, the more love you're going to have to love your neighbor. We are going to be known as we are known. And the way that happens is to reach in to a deeper level and relationship with the Lord himself.

And out of that reach into Him, we receive His love, which is so far greater than mine. And when I have His love, then I can really love. And I think that's the key factor in really walking with God. You don't try to focus on the wrong, on the negative, on the things that are going on that you can clearly see are not right.

You focus on the Lord. And all of a sudden, those things: what's the song saying, when I gaze in His face, then the things of this world grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace? This is the key to the level of oneness we're reaching into. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your strength, and don't hurry to get into the next one.

Keep doing that, and you will automatically reach into that new level of love, that you can love your neighbor and draw him in to the release in his whole life. We are the biggest answers for each other as we reach into his love.

It's a whole new creation and we choose to live as a new creation. We're not bound by the yesterday. We're not bound by that old rascal, the first Adam. The second Adam is the life giving spirit, and he passes on his life to us, and we receive that. And we're not going to say, “Oh I'm a nothing.” No, “I'm a son because of the firstborn son.” We can walk through this. We can do this together. And then we look around to one another and say, It's the same grace that God's bestowed on me, I offer it to you, too. That's our oneness. It's this grace for one another. This flowing back and forth. We've freely been given; we freely give this life to one another. Thank you for your presence. Thank you for your lovingkindness. Thank you for your life flowing through us. Magnify You because of all that You are to us.
