President Dr. Finney has certainly racked up the credentials in her career, but she'll tell you she's still just "Maureen from Buffalo".. and that's why she's such a perfect fit for Rochester, and for Nazareth University. After 4 years as Chief Academic Officer there (Provost), she went through a rigorous 9 month process that ultimately landed her the gig as President, and 2026-2027 is her first year in that role. So, early in her tenure, what has she accomplished? How about enrollment being UP and a balanced budget? Pretty good start Dr. Finney!
