Welcome to 100 days of Happy - 100 ways to include Happy practices in your life.

These are short podcast episodes - aiming for between 7 - 10 minutes where I explore was to build positivity and energy into your day.

With the fear and discord that is present and building in the world, I invite you to help me lift the energy of planet by starting with you and Choosing Happy for a few minutes each day.

Day 4 - Allowing Happy

Often we resist the very thing we want. Today I invite you sit in a state of allowing. To explore acceptance of the moment and of yourself. To experience love and allowing.

This is the step four in a 5 step 'reset' exercise that I practice every morning. I bring it together as a full, longer exercise on day 6.

Community and Connection

My belief is that we win when we are compassionate, connecting and communicating unconditionally. When we are building a community of like-minded souls supporting each other through the dark days.

Be kind to those around you. They are living their own version of reality. If you want to be in conflict ensure it's aimed in the right direction. Be the example, by rejecting separation and embracing all, no matter where they are on their journey. Be the light, the example others want to follow.

I have created a community and resource pages on the Choosing Happy website at www.choosinghappy.co.uk - all will be available on day 6 - This was an intuitive urge to do this, to step up in my own way.

And today we're allowing happy often we're resistant to receiving.

Uh, things that will make us happy, whether it's love.

Speaker:

Whether it's gifts, whether it's help.

And so today we focus on allowing I'm Heather masters, and this

is the choosing happy podcast.

Speaker:

Hello, and welcome to the choosing happy podcast and the a hundred

days of happy we're on day four.

Speaker:

Allowing happy.

Speaker:

And we're going to start today as usual with some deep breasts, just

Speaker:

to get us into a relaxed state.

Speaker:

If you followed all of the days, you will know that we've relaxed.

Speaker:

We've released.

Speaker:

We've let go.

Speaker:

So today is to allow to allow in everything that we've denied

Speaker:

ourselves and to allow ourselves to appreciate the moment.

Speaker:

So that's what today's meditation is about.

Speaker:

So if you'd like to find a comfortable space and remember, don't do this.

Speaker:

If you're driving or using machinery, actually take the time out to

Speaker:

sit, to connect with your body.

Speaker:

So once you've got a comfortable space.

Speaker:

I'd like you to close your eyes.

Speaker:

And to take.

Speaker:

A deep breath in right into your diaphragm.

Speaker:

And breathe out.

Speaker:

And again, take a deep breath in.

Speaker:

And, uh,

Speaker:

And less time at depressing.

Speaker:

And yeah.

Speaker:

I'm going to count down from 10 to one to allow yourself to go deeper.

Speaker:

Just allowing ourselves to relax further.

Speaker:

As we count down.

Speaker:

It's 10.

Speaker:

Nine.

Speaker:

Eight.

Speaker:

Seven.

Speaker:

Six.

Speaker:

Going deeper, just relaxing.

Speaker:

Five.

Speaker:

Full.

Speaker:

Sorry, just feel yourself relaxing.

Speaker:

And allowing and just getting into the moment.

Speaker:

Too.

Speaker:

One.

Speaker:

Just relax.

Speaker:

And notice.

Speaker:

The space around you.

Speaker:

Feel.

Speaker:

The emptiness.

Speaker:

It was the space around you.

Speaker:

You feeling safe and secure in this space?

Speaker:

And notice the darkness of this space.

Speaker:

And there was just a space inside.

Speaker:

Inside your head.

Speaker:

Notice the darkness and the space behind your eyes.

Speaker:

Allow yourself to sit in that space that.

Speaker:

Nothing nest stuff, fastness.

Speaker:

Of who you are.

Speaker:

Moved down to your chest.

Speaker:

Notice the space.

Speaker:

Notice the space in your heart.

Speaker:

And allow that space.

Speaker:

To comfort you.

Speaker:

Feel the vastness, the oneness.

Speaker:

With all.

Speaker:

Focus on that beautiful, beautiful heart.

Speaker:

And allow it.

Speaker:

To light up.

Speaker:

To radiate love into that space.

Speaker:

Allow it to radiate love all around you.

Speaker:

Sit in that pool of love.

Speaker:

And that space.

Speaker:

Allow yourself to feel love.

Speaker:

Allow yourself to be love.

Speaker:

Oh, you feel.

Speaker:

As love in this moment.

Speaker:

Allow yourself.

Speaker:

To feel presence.

Speaker:

To be aware.

Speaker:

Of the love flowing.

Speaker:

Through your party.

Speaker:

Through your skin.

Speaker:

Feel your energy field.

Speaker:

Allow yourself.

Speaker:

To feel peace.

Speaker:

To feel.

Speaker:

Alignment with God source Yoko.

Creator.

Speaker:

Allow yourself to receive the lights.

Speaker:

Of your creator.

Speaker:

Has it paused down.

Speaker:

So your head.

Speaker:

Into your body filling that space.

Love and create a sauce, filling that space.

Allow yourself to feel.

Speaker:

But y'all, I love.

Speaker:

The happiness of this moment.

Speaker:

Just be present with this moment.

Speaker:

That's all there is to do right now.

Speaker:

It's to be here.

Speaker:

And this moment.

Speaker:

Basking in love.

Speaker:

Alive nurse.

Speaker:

And light.

Speaker:

I want you to think of something you've denied yourself and your life.

Speaker:

Whether it's loving relationship.

Speaker:

Whether it's money and abundance.

Speaker:

Whether it's confidence and valuing yourself.

Speaker:

Just choose one.

Speaker:

Shine.

Speaker:

A light on that resistance.

Speaker:

Allow.

Speaker:

Love and joy.

Speaker:

An openness right now.

Speaker:

Be curious.

Speaker:

I look at the LVS.

Speaker:

Allow yourself to be okay.

Speaker:

With who you are.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And.

Speaker:

This moment.

Speaker:

Now take a moment.

Speaker:

To scan your body.

Speaker:

Allow.

Speaker:

Yourself.

Speaker:

Uh, vision of being healthy and well.

Speaker:

The fittest you've ever been.

Speaker:

And now just allow yourself to set.

Speaker:

And a connection of love and joy.

Speaker:

And happy.

Speaker:

Allowing yourself to be okay.

Speaker:

Was he a self.

Speaker:

With this present moment.

Speaker:

With how it is.

Speaker:

With the space.

Speaker:

Inside.

Speaker:

And outside.

Speaker:

And when you're ready.

Speaker:

I'm going to count.

Speaker:

From one to five.

Speaker:

When you reach five.

Speaker:

You feel wide awake?

Speaker:

Better than before.

Speaker:

Wide awake healthier than before.

Speaker:

One.

Speaker:

Too.

Speaker:

Three.

Speaker:

When I reach five.

Speaker:

You'll feel wide awake better than before.

Speaker:

You're waking up.

Speaker:

Full.

Speaker:

Five open your eyes.

Speaker:

Wide awake, feeling better before.

Speaker:

Healthy.

Speaker:

I haven't before.

Speaker:
