I know a lot of founders who think they do certain tasks best or that it would take too long to train others (hi, it’s me). They develop founder’s syndrome, or the feeling that they have to maintain control over everything in the business.

About Erica Rankin
Erica Rankin is a young Canadian entrepreneur who took a passion and turned it into a business. Launched in 2019, Bro Dough is not only vegan, but contains plant-based protein (derived from peas), as well as natural sweeteners. Erica spent less than $1,500 on marketing in the first 2 years of owning her business, growing it mostly organically, and offers coaching and a course to help others grow their businesses.
