Shownotes

Welcome to the new episode of Hundred days and beyond with Paul Harman, who is a genius marketing expert who understands marketing and business growth generating new work. He is involved in both merger integration and marketing.

Background

Paul is active in Post-merger integration and establishing the world of a website or E-commerce. He works with companies to establish growth in their market. A very important part of his work is digital Mergers and Acquisition, especially website valuation.

Valuation in m&a and marketing

Paul says, Look at the historical digital assets that are becoming more and more prevalent in m and a. It will give you a view of the past up to now. As in most cases, there is much more strength within a website than you might expect when you look at the historical data. it'st's a big difference, but not always.

Five main elements defined by Paul for driving worth in a website are:

1. Organic strength

2. Online authority strength

3. Conversion strength

4. Technical strength

5. Advertising and social strength

Fulfilment of business

According to Paul, do it smartly without going too fast. You first have to be able to handle all this fulfilment by yourself or your team and then go the other steps in hiring optimisation or robots or whatever. It’s a challenging journey to go on but do it easy and always have a mind that will take more time than you think it’ll take up more money than you would think.

Paul says "You have to advertise. You have to really invest in market "ng"

Also, it is very important at every step of the way that you need to see the progress within the data, revenues and sales. And then you can invest. Take a top slowly because there’s a lot of learning that has to take place in that process.

On the first spot in every business are not only the people who you are working with but the customer. Don’t forget the customer is not just data. These are people. I want to see the interaction with human behaviour.
