Welcome to Day 8, the final day of International Week of Yoga: Movement, Meditation, Spirit & the Divine Feminine.
In this closing episode, Bertena helps you create your own realistic and personal yoga spiritual practice. After exploring the meaning of yoga, its history, the 8 limbs, the paths of yoga, different types of yoga, the Divine Feminine, the priestess path, and yoga as healing for the mind, body, and soul, this episode brings everything together into a simple practice you can continue.
Yoga does not have to be long or complicated. A spiritual yoga practice can be 5, 10, 20, or 60 minutes. What matters most is not perfection, but consistency, presence, and connection.
Your practice should fit your real life, your body, your energy, your season of life, and your spiritual path. Yoga can be practiced through movement, breath, meditation, mantra, journaling, devotion, and rest.
This episode includes a simple daily yoga practice formula, a sample 10-minute spiritual yoga practice, a sample intention, and a closing invitation to choose one practice to carry forward after the series.
Yoga becomes powerful when it becomes personal.

Sample Spiritual Intention
May this practice help me return to peace, presence, and sacred connection.
Spiritual Reflection
Yoga becomes powerful when it becomes personal.
Your practice does not need to look like anyone else’s. It needs to support your body, honor your energy, fit your life, and connect you with your breath, spirit, and inner truth.
Journal Prompt
What kind of yoga practice can I realistically commit to this week?
You may also reflect on:
- How much time can I honestly give to my practice?
- What time of day feels most supportive?
- What does my body need most right now?
- Do I need movement, breath, meditation, mantra, journaling, devotion, or rest?
- What would make my practice feel sacred but simple?
- What is one practice I can carry forward after this series?
Closing Practice
Choose one practice you will carry forward after the series.
Maybe it is breath, movement, meditation, mantra, journaling, devotion, or rest.
Repeat:
I choose a practice that supports me.
I return to myself with compassion.
My yoga is allowed to be personal, sacred, and real.
