Welcome back to Cauda Facto, today we are joined by AFL Player Lachie Henderson. Starting his AFL Career here in Brisbane with the Lions, Lachie then was traded to Carlton and then onto Geelong where he is a current player. Lachie played in the 2020 AFL Grand Final where Geelong went down to Richmond Football Club, today we talk through the excitement, mental preparation and of course struggles of playing AFL, along with moving from his home to Brisbane as a 17-year-old and the struggles that come with that and motivation to keep physically and mentally motivated, through mindfulness and seeking professional help.
