Sandra Lee has spent almost 40 years helping people feel and function better by addressing what standard treatment often misses: the unresolved trauma and emotional patterns stored in the body. She is the creator of The Spectrum of Anger™ and The Witnessed Body™, which integrates Intuitive Sound Healing and Combat Brain Training to support brain injury recovery, brain health, and dementia. Her work is grounded in the belief that symptoms are messages, not malfunctions, and that when those messages are finally received and released, the body can do what it already knows how to do.

Sandra Lee:
Your brain heals itself every day of your life. After accidents, falls, and strokes, too many people with brain injuries follow every protocol, do everything right, yet they're still foggy, still react, still missing the version of themselves they used to be. They feel misunderstood, discouraged, and alone. Sadly, their true goal of fully participating in life feels impossibly far away. This also happens for people struggling with focus issues like ADHD and with cognitive issues like dementia. There wasn't a show bringing together brain recovery, emotional balance, intuitive insight, and the discovery of purpose in one conversation. So I created Brain Health and Healing, receiving adversity as gifts.
Sandra Lee:
Too many people live with the effects of brain injuries, cognitive decline, and adversity that changes everything, and they don't realize that more recovery is possible. The standard medical system addresses the body's physical mechanical requirements. However, nobody is talking about how symptoms are actually valuable messages coming from the brain and the body, and how each person's experiences point in the direction of fulfilling their life's purpose. Brain health and healing, receiving adversity as gifts, exists to bridge the gap. Help people understand what their brain and body are saying, reclaim the function and identity they thought were gone, and discover what matters enough to earn their focus. Your brain is talking. Brain health and healing is where you learn to hear the signal. I'm Sandra Lee, a massage therapist and intuitive sound healing practitioner who helps people recover their brain's abilities, reclaim their identity, and discover what their

experiences have been moving them toward. I'm the host of Brain Health and Healing, receiving adversity as gifts, and I'm excited to welcome you.
Sandra Lee:
For 39 years, I've worked with people through massage therapy, craniosacral work, intuitive sound healing, neurolinguistic programming, and combat brain training, helping them reconnect themselves, restore brain function, and move toward healing and change when nothing else has worked. Here's what I know: Your brain heals every day of your life. Your symptoms are not your destiny; they are messages, and when you hear them, everything changes. This show brings you real conversations, intuitive insights, and a completely different way of understanding what your brain and body are communicating. If you felt stuck, like nothing has worked, and this is just how things are, every episode invites you to look for gifts within your adversity. Shift your perspective. Your future is waiting.
Sandra Lee:
My podcast vision is that every person who has been told this is just how things are gets to hear something different. I believe the brain heals every day of your life, and that adversity carries gifts most people never discover. When people begin listening to what their brain and body are communicating. What they've been through moves them towards somewhere that's worth going. Imagine what's possible. This show is for you if you're living with the effects of a brain injury, accident, concussion, or stroke, or other adversity, and you know more is available. Whether you're searching for answers standard treatment hasn't provided, or watching someone you love struggle and want to understand how to help, if you want to reclaim who you are and glean the gifts from your experiences, hit subscribe.
