What you are about to learn:

Integrity as one element of my truth and commitment. But, what is integrity for me?

It reflects who I am, as simple as I DO WHAT I SAY, that is one of the rules for myself. I am who I seem to be with no camouflage, duplicity, or Guile. And when I say Guile, it means I'm trying to fool you. I'm trying to trick you into thinking I'm doing this out of love or kindness when there's a significant benefit for me, and that's what I'm focused on. It should be the other way around. Don’t get me wrong, that doesn't mean and should never be interpreted to say that you don't get benefits. You get huge benefits. The most significant advantage of integrity is, you can have an Ultimate Life, full of purpose prosperity and joy and yes by process asperity, I mean, an abundance of substance and experience.

The big question for some, how do I do this? How will I absorb the act of having integrity? How will I be integrity?

It is changing habits, my friend. Maybe you don't need this part, and perhaps you're a person that's already living in integrity, but when I had to change, many habits, about integrity, it needed to start with yourself or with me.

It would be best if you asked yourself these questions. Am I my word to myself? The first thing I had to do is pay attention to what I said and listen. What am I about to tell? Do I mean it? Can I make this happen? And so, that was the first thing I had to do? It always starts with the tiniest things. YOU DO WHAT YOU SAY.

My closing remarks:

Now changing habits are with yourself, and changing patterns with other people is the same process. Listen carefully to what you are about to say. When someone asks you, can you do that? Think, think carefully, can I? Will I? Am I willing to move any heaven and earth to get that done? And then, make the commitment that you do or don't, make it accordingly so that you can be trusted. That's a hard thing to do. It starts slow, and it builds on itself. But I promise you that learning to be integrity and being your word is a super powerful ingredient in moving down the road to creating your ultimate life.

Key Takeaways:

Be careful what you say. Because if you are going to be your word, meaning what comes out of your mouth, which means what you will do. - Kellan Fluckiger

So it's crucial in terms of learning to love yourself truly and deeply. It is important to create the person you want to be unless you want to be as a person that is not dependable and can't be trusted - Kellan Fluckiger

Listen to what you're saying. Slow down with what you speak. And then make sure that you can be your word by saying less and slowing down and listening. - Kellan Fluckiger
