Who is Charlotte Palmer?

Charlotte Palmer is a qualified adult educator with over 15 years in public speaking and education and over 20 years’ experience in the natural health

industry, with training in nutrition, diet, herbalism, research, journalism, teaching and public speaking and has delivered wellbeing and dietary guidance

workshops to various groups around London and the UK. Groups including Parkinsons’ support groups, diabetic support groups, Enfield Centre for Natural Health, (run by Dr Tim Ridge) Enfield Carers, Mind in Haringey, Schools, parents’ groups and Arnica groups, Leytonstone BIPC and The Leytonstone Residents Association Festival and Professional Beauty at ExCell (invited back each year).

Charlotte has a PGCE, originally studied with Barbara Wren at the College of Natural Nutrition and is now studying with CNM in London and worked as a

feature writer for Women’ s Health, Cosmopolitan Magazine Prima and Naturopathy magazine and sometimes guest editor of Naturopathy Magazine.

True Health Talks CIC was founded by Charlotte Palmer as a result of 2 decades of delivering grass roots evidence based talks out into the community and seeing a real need for diet and lifestyle education in the groups and events that she attended.

Mission Statement:

To empower individuals and communities to make informed, evidence-based dietary choices that promote optimal health and wellbeing, free from commercial food industry influence.

1. Educational Empowerment

To deliver accessible, evidence-based health and nutrition education to the general public through engaging talks, workshops, and community outreach programs.

2. Independent Information Advocacy

To provide unbiased nutritional guidance that challenges the influence of ultra-processed food marketing and corporate interests that prioritize profit over public health.

3. Metabolic Health Prevention

To interrupt the pathway to metabolic syndrome and related chronic diseases by equipping people with the knowledge and tools needed to make healthier dietary choices.

4. Community Health Transformation

To create sustainable positive change in community health outcomes by fostering informed decision-making around food choices and lifestyle habits.

5. Evidence-Based Practice

To ensure all educational content is grounded in current scientific research and best practices in nutrition and health sciences, regularly updated to reflect emerging evidence.

6. Accessible Health Education

To make quality health information available to diverse populations regardless of socioeconomic background, breaking down barriers to nutritional literacy.

A society where every individual has access to honest, science-based nutritional information enabling them to achieve their optimal health potential, free from the misleading influence of processed food marketing.
