Olivia Dietzel is a long course professional triathlete, but she doesn't do just any long course races... Olivia love to race extreme triathlon events like Patagonman, Norseman, and Fodaxman. In this episode she tells us about how she got her start in the sport, and what inspires her to keep going when things get tough or seem to be going wrong.

We also got a chance to here from Lynne Liao, one of Liv's friends and crew members, about what it's like to help someone through such an intense endeavor. Lynne is also na athlete herself, so we got to here about what she has coming up!
