This week, joining us all the way over from Sydney in Australia is Paris Matin. At the age of 16, Paris left school to pursue his passion of tennis full time, unfortunately at the age of 21, he sustained an injury, which meant he had to make the tough decision to take a step away from the professional sport and into a long life career which he chose recruitment.
He's now gained over 12 years of recruitment experience, mainly within the healthcare industry and he now is the General Manager at Next In Health, which launched in October 2021.
He's also a Mentor on The Recruiter's Mentor Project.
