Parents are often your childhood heroes.

At least they were for me.

And to this day, I'm still benefitting from all the lessons they have taught me.

Or I should say, lessons they continue to teach me.

It's not all communicated.

More often than not, no words are said.

But their actions have taught me all I need to know.

And I now have another hero I'm chasing.
