When I was younger I had a problem with not finishing what I began. If it didn't hold my attention I'd drop it and move onto the next exciting, shiny thing. Has this ever happened to you?
As I got a bit older and wiser, I learned that this wasn't a good thing. And, the more books I read on self-improvement and personal empowerment, they'd all have a similar perspective on this topic.
I decided I would take a stab at it. I picked one thing and began from start to finish. Once I did this, I found it easier to keep on moving onto the next thing, and then the next. Before I knew it, I was reaching my goals that much more quickly and effectively.
Today's episode is a quick reminder of just that. Is there a bunch of unfinished projects laying around the house? Things you said you want to do, but, never got the information or the tools that you needed to get the job done? Don't let this steal your happiness any longer.
Pick one or two of those projects, dust them off and get back on track until they're completed. It's also important to pick a date as to when you will finish them.
Once you have completed them you will feel a keen sense of accomplishment and in turn, will help you move onto more of things you set out to do that you'll be able to finish successfully.
I wish you the best of luck (I know you got this) and I'll meet you at the finish line.
With Much Love,
Dawn-Marie
