Shownotes

2023 has been quite the year for the LGBTQ+ community.

There are over 500 state and local level bills being pushed to limit the rights of the LGBTQ community, limit our voices in politics and erase us from view.

We are especially seeing this play out with corporations. From seeing Disney being attacked for their standing by the community to Anheuser Busch being cancelled by the Religious Industrial Complex due to the Bud Light partnership with transgender entertainer Ddylan Mulvaney partnership.

This raises many questions about the whether we will see corporations who have been advocates and supporters of the community go silent and pull financial support where it is desperately needed.

To discuss this we chat with Joel Dantas-Shoemaker of Q.Ditital, the ower of LGBTQ+ Nation, Queerty and Into publications.
