I touched on this in yesterday's episode, how the emotion within us is you break it down, it's a motion energy in motion. And we need to keep that sucker moving, we need to keep that energy moving that emotion moving or he gets stuck. So I also mentioned that I'll post on this, I want to give you a bit of insight to what that post was about. And the question I posed was, you know, that particular situation that you know you should let go of but can could be a interaction with a friend recently could be something bigger, something that happened that just seems to play out in your head. And as much as logically you just want to move past that. It just keeps showing up, keeps nagging at you and those inner thoughts, that noise in your head. It's not necessarily something you're losing sleep over. You might be. But it's still popping your thoughts. Maybe weeks later, maybe months later, maybe years later. And I want to remind you that the memory may never fade, but you can absolutely shift this thought process. You can allow that thought process to move. Get it in motion, get it out of your system. And when you're able to do that there'll be something trapped in your physical body that's linked to that memory causing you some kind of discomfort that will leave that's what happens when you allow stuck energy to move. Like I said, it's an energy in motion, e motion. It's actually why our body has them. It's an evolutionary tool to be able to self heal. You've seen wild animals after they've been chased say a zebra chased by a lion gets away. And that disease does his whole body shake. Remember my old cat live to 19 eating really cheap cat food. And she was a she was just she just to stay where she used to shake after every moment when the kids were little she would shake her body to do the same thing. And why do animals do that? Because they their very survival depends on them releasing the memory of that moment from their body. To they shake, get it out so that the next time that happens, they're not having that memory stifle their ability to survive to get away. Instead they're just acting from purely from that need to survive and procreate. So how do we do that without shaking, although the shaky might work for you, it might be might not be ideal situations. But how we shift the energy is through our speech, like I mentioned yesterday, the vibration of your voice and it'll shift even quicker. When on the other end of that voice. You've got someone who's going to lighten the load for you. You've heard me talk before about holding space. Someone who can actually who's got that empathetic ability to take on some of that load, they literally feeling what you're feeling they're there with you, to allow you to process it in a safe and trusting way. conversation with a client just last week, when I just when I wrote this article helping him to go through a process so that he was able to make peace with a with a situation that was stuck in his head that have been repeating and again, it moved on logically, we actually dealt with it in the previous session, but it was still playing out. So we went through this process a and NLP process, which is really just question and answers, with no attachment to story, by URL again, it where it does you conscious of where you are feeling different things in your body as we go through the process, so that the emotion can move out through your body. And that that is stuck can be released. And at towards the end of my Oh, I've got this pain in lower left back. And then we just kept moving through it as, as we went through this process, a little bit of visualization process through it as well. And then by the end, he was like, it's funny, you mentioned that level back, because it's been really nagging me for a while now. And now it's gone. And that is the power of being able to move the energy to shift the energy, to be able to breathe, to be still and allow space for it to move to have a clear step by step process that will allow you to speed up this healing process. Personally, I've been through so many different areas of chronic pain, and I've been able to shift so many different things in my back of Rick, and I've bought a couple of cars for my sports doctor. I've been seeing him since I was 13. And there was one particular injury that comes to mind with one after I'd broken one of my legs. And I just couldn't shift this pain. And he said, Well, there's actually no reason why there should be any pain there. So I had dabbled in acupuncture before. Now acupuncture is not speaking out loud. But it is a way to create a similar sort of shift that are highly recommended if you can find a good one. It hasn't worked for everything for me, but it's worked for some things. And he was able to clear up the energy in my body to be able to allow whatever that was to pass. And we go back to the doctor and say he has all worked out when I'm with your foot. And after I hadn't seen him for a while. But I was back there with another injury. I said I went to acupuncture. And it's been good since he just went he was cool with it. So through my own, releasing different pain, and my own journey through pain, and now feeling as feared as I've felt for probably since I was a teen I've developed that ability to help other people do the same. And that's why I love sharing these stories to inspire you to do something about whatever it is that sitting in your body. It's been sitting there for the longest time. And sure it may be to do with an old injury and an old moment in time. And it might be related to some other injury that you've had or some other restriction does not mean that you can't release it for good forever. But that's a choice. You can continue to stick with the diagnosis you've been given where you can decide how you want it to be and allow space for the right solution to find you. That physical freedom is possible for you. Don't wait forever.
