She is an associate professor of psychology at Appalachian State University and she does a deep dive with us on the topics of how to motivate students, what motivates student achievement, and engagement and what can we do about it?

Questions she addresses are "what is learning, what teaching strategies lead to effective learning, and what is the role of the student in the teaching and learning relationship".
