Today, we’re shaking things up a bit and diving into the importance of pausing and reflecting as we step into the second quarter of the year. It’s all about taking a moment to celebrate not just the big wins, but also the small victories that often go unnoticed. I know how easy it is to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, but trust me, taking the time to acknowledge what’s working and what’s not can lead to some juicy insights for moving forward. We’ll explore some powerful questions to help you ponder your progress and set intentions with integrity. So, grab your cuppa, and let’s bask in our fabulousness together!
In this episode, I’m talking about planning when you’re feeling depleted. If life or work has left you exhausted, your instinct might be to step away from planning entirely. I share how to approach planning gently and intentionally, focusing on what not to do, leaving space to recover, and giving yourself permission to let some things go. A thoughtful, low-pressure approach that actually supports your wellbeing.

ct. To look at your plans for:
So how are things going? What's been working well for you so far? What hasn't been working so well? What would you love to celebrate?
Just remember that celebrations shouldn't be reserved for big accomplishments. I celebrate following through on promises I've made to myself, like posting and engaging on LinkedIn consistently.
I celebrate cultivating a mindset of possibility and positivity even when things feel hard. I celebrate resting and having a nap when I'm tired. Believe me, acknowledging yourself for the small things that make a big difference is so powerful.
So I dare you to give it a try. So what lessons have you learned during the first three months of the year that will support you as we move into this next quarter?
I know how tempting it is to keep your head down and just keep ploughing forward, especially when you've got a lot on your plate. But when you don't give yourself a moment to pause and reflect, you miss out on all of the juicy insights that can serve you as you move forward.
So wouldn't it feel great to take a moment to bask in your own fabulousness, leave behind whatever's not serving you and move forward with intention and integrity? And pausing to reflect gives you all of that. It really does make a big difference, so I encourage you to give it a try.
And to make that easy for you, head to the Show Notes and you'll find a link to download a PDF that includes some simple but powerful questions, giving you space to ponder and capture your thoughts. So take this opportunity as we near the end of this quarter to just notice the lessons and yeah see what you can do differently, what you want
