Transcripts

Kayleigh Baker: Welcome to More Likely Than Not, a Title IX podcast. I'm Kaylee Baker.

Joe Vincent: And I'm Joe Vincent. We're with TNG Consulting, but you may know us from ATIXA, the Association of Title IX Administrators.

Kayleigh Baker: At TNG, we work with schools, colleges, universities, and organizations across the country and beyond to tackle some of the most complicated challenges facing the education field in Title IX, Title VI, compliance, whether that's working with investigations or policy building, you name it. ATIXA is currently home to over 19,000 Title IX professionals that come together for training, resources, community and on our ATIXA Listserv, they get to ask some really tough questions.

Joe Vincent: Yeah. And this podcast is what we've always imagined ⁓ for a space to be able to break down legal shifts, some of those real life dilemmas that they post on the listserv, that certainly evolving best practices that shape our field so that if it touches any of the civil rights arenas where many of our members have responsibility and expertise, if that's in the news or if it's an emerging legal trend, you know, maybe a recent court case or an OCR decision we're more likely than not going to talk about.

Kayleigh Baker: So whether you're new to the role or a seasoned practitioner, we want this to be your space to think through the gray, focus on the practical tidbits, and whatever is pressing on your desk right now. So be on the lookout for new episodes of More Likely Than Not wherever you get your podcasts.
