Motivational Speaker Steve Wohlenhaus is the founder of Weatherology, a platform that helps local communities stay informed during inclement weather. As the author of The Anatomy of Success and podcast of the same name, Steve advocates that everyone should define success based on what’s important to them. 

After his father passed, Steve realized he was responsible for sharing his father’s wisdom. He wanted to leave a legacy beyond his own interests. This passion became the driving force behind his book.

Steve notes that people are in love with the idea of success, just like they’re in love with the idea of love. It takes hard work, effort, and long-term commitments in both.
