As a boy Andre Davis lived through the tragedy of losing his policeman father to criminal violence. Growing up to become a detective, Andre has been in a number of police shootings, so when a criminal duo kills eight cops in NYC it's no surprise that Andre is assigned to the case. Andre and his partner Frankie Burns lock down the island of Manhattan and begin their frenzied search as a conspiracy is unraveled.
