Susan is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (also known as ACE) and she is an ACE Group Fitness Instructor.

She became interested in health and wellness in response to her own parents’ health issues with heart disease and cancer. In 2008 she began working with a personal trainer and was amazed at how it impacted her fitness. She decided to pay it forward and help others reach higher levels of fitness.
