Families often call to tell her that they've seen a change in their senior loved one, or about a crisis, but it doesn't have to be about that. You can call at any time, and she generally gets together to meet your loved ones in a home, asking questions about where their loved ones are in their journey. Her job is to help people retain their independence — be part of the process, have a voice, and not be dictated to — and still have quality life with the safety and the peace of mind for the family and the loved ones.
