Taylor has been in the strength and conditioning field for over 9 years. He has worked in the private sector where trained multiple high school athletes to college scholarships, and also has stops at the collegiate level, LSU and Southeastern Louisiana University. Taylor is a competitive weightlifter, and a former National Champion powerlifter in the USA Powerlifting federation. Taylor is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is also a Level 2 USA Weightlifting certified coach.
