Partner with professionals, plan the money, pick your place, persevere through clothes, possess your home, and protect your home. You accomplish those six elements. You'll be successful in your own home that you're getting to live in, build equity in and build memories in.

So again, make sure that when you're buying a property, when you're buying a house, that you're thinking about what that seller is going to need and that you're the buyer that brings a clean, strong offer. You're the buyer who is demonstrating that you're financially stable and can make this purchase happen. Be the buyer who is considerate of a timely closing for the seller. Be the buyer who is flexible in the negotiation, who is demonstrating a win-win attitude that you're not trying to gain something at the expense of the seller, and who communicates clearly throughout the entire process. Especially if there's a hiccup, make sure you communicate that clearly.
