An informal summit of European and NATO leaders on the situation in Ukraine was held in Paris on Monday. Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico confirmed that Slovakia will not agree to send its troops to the conflict in Ukraine.

The Constitutional Court suspended the operation of part of the government's amendment to the Criminal Code. The suspension concerns the reduction of sentences and the shortened statute of limitations, as well as the retroactive opening of plea bargains with penitents. The Constitutional Court judges did not suspend the effectiveness of the Office of the Special Prosecutor's Office.
