Fleur is an entrepreneur who has been building brands from the ground up for the last 15 years. Her first brand went from concept to Waitrose in 18 months, the second from concept to house lager at The Ritz Hotel within the same time frame. Fleur held a guest lectureship in business and branding at University College London, is Courier’s longest serving regular columnist and a newly commissioned opinion writer for Tortoise Media.
