"I have wandered a long and winding journey with a joyful soul on an often prickly path. From analyzing municipal bonds at Moody’s to running the global fixed income marketing at State Street Global Advisors to decorating James Taylor's house, to hosting an NPR radio show and two nationally televised PBS specials focused on storytelling around our connection to our ancestral foods and family recipes called Heirloom Meals (www.heirloommeals.com), to surrendering all that when diagnosed with an extremely rare and theoretically incurable eye disease which thrust me into a healing odyssey to discover that the answer lies within me. Meditation, plants/food and consciousness are my medicine. My diagnosis became my greatest teacher. I am now a NeuroChange Solutions Consultant teaching Dr. Joe Dispenza’s neuroscience based Change Your Mind…Create New Results program to corporate leaders or anyone looking to make conscious change, and I was also lured back to financial services as the CMO of Netcapital, Inc. where I am bringing my value-driven vision to a private equity ecosystem focused on democratizing access to private equity as well as becoming a voice for women and underrepresented founders.

 I am also a daughter, a wife, a stepmom to three amazing, now adult, kids, an avid gardener of flowers and vegetables, a gourmet cook who loves to throw dinner parties, a culinary instructor, writer, and as a lifelong learner, I am an herbalist, a certified Health Coach, a certified Cannabis Coach and soon to be Certified Qigong Dragon's Way Instructor. 

But mostly, I love living a creative life! I am a friend to many and I love people. My life is full, my heart is open and gratitude keeps me whole. Let the adventures continue..."
