Between stepping back into one-on-one coaching, feeling pulled to be more present with my daughter, and recognizing the time and energy this show truly takes, I had to ask myself a hard question – what actually matters most in this season?

In this episode, I’m sharing the honest behind-the-scenes of that decision, the mindset shift that helped me get there, and the lesson so many women struggle with… sometimes growth isn’t about doing more, it’s about having the courage to do less, but better.
