The year. I love to do that because there's so much hustle and bustle in the month of December, and it doesn't mean that I don't have ideas and thoughts and all of that. I do. And then January is this month that I take to strategically plan throughout. The month. And so that's what we're doing over here at Kelly j Moak coaching and we have some amazing things coming this year.
Also some amazing health goals this year more. I will, I will talk more about that on another episode. So what I was thinking for January, that would be amazing cuz I am literally gonna be hunkering down a lot this month as we are. Setting sale on a few things and really planning out season four for you all with some amazing guests coming.
We're gonna up the up the guests this season and I'm really excited about it. You guys. It's gonna be so awesome. So what I wanted to do for the month of January is I wanted to take us through a few. Fan favorite episodes that I get a lot of feedback on that have been really helpful. So what we're gonna do today is we're gonna revisit a worthy goal, because I get asked all the time, Hey, I didn't hit my goal from last year.
Can do, do, do I let it go? I'm like, no. Is it still important? To you. If, if it's important to you, let's go. So keep it rolling. And so we're gonna talk about that on today's episode, which is a revisit from literally last year, January. And it's worthy and it's worth listening to. So much learning along the way, just like having to think about that range of motion and getting that range of motion back and literally like everyday practicing and doing the exercises and gaining little bits of result every single day. But here's the good. Every day doing the exercises, practicing the range of motion positions that are required for this left arm to work in the way that I want it to work.be a metaphor in some way for:
And so, like I said, we're gonna talk about worthy goals today. Because it is one of the questions that I get asked as a coach, especially this time of year as we are, you know, we finished the year prior, we've taken a look at. What did we have in front of us? What did we get done? What didn't we get done?
And then we look forward to what we're creating in the next, next year ahead. And then oftentimes it's like, whoa, well if I didn't do it, can I still do it? It's still a worthy goal, right? So we're gonna talk about that. We're gonna talk about that today because I think it's such an important question. And it's, again, like I said, it's one that I get.
I get asked it a lot actually. So anyhow, we will talk about that today. And like I said, the elbow is probably gonna be our metaphor for a little while here because it is a worthy goal to get that range of motion back. I love it when someone tells me you're not going to, or it's not gonna be back a hundred percent, or, you know, don't expect it to be the way that it, the way that it was.
I mean, all the different things, like basically they're question. That limit, you know, and you guys have heard me talk about this before, like even way back in the beginning of the podcast, you know, when I had the episode with my son Brad and being told like, you know, Mrs. Mobic, you should probably expect, and then fill in the blank, right?
Limitations. So we went to, we went to, we went to battle on that because I believe in possib. So I understand what limits us, but I believe in possibility. So this elbow has just been another reminder. Another reminder of that. It's just incredible. So I want to, before we talk about the question, can I continue with this goal?d it's launching in February,: launching beginning February,:

Is, and we're starting with women in business and women entrepreneurs. Are you ready? I feel like I need a drum roll. I feel like I need a drum roll. I'm so excited about this. So what we're gonna be doing is you get to come with your worthy goals, with the outcomes that you wanna create, both personally and professionally, because we are.
Whole people. We have a personal life and we have a professional life and they all work together. Remember, you've heard me talk about this with harmony. So if you're ready to create massive harmony in your life, this program is gonna be for you. And it's gonna be based on the pillars of the lift method, which are L is we're gonna leverage your genius.
So many times I hear women. Not really tap into their brilliance and tap into their genius and trust their natural knowing to create the things that that they wanna do. And we are gonna really leverage your unique genius, and we're going to create so much. With that, we're going to initiate your intention.
I believe in intention. I really believe in intention. I believe in setting intention. I believe in visioning intention, and I believe in getting into intentional action. So we're gonna initiate your intention. We're gonna focus your energy. Energy is everything. Attention flows where our energy goes. So we're gonna make sure that your energy is focusing in the way that you want it to go, and that you are gonna be vibrating at such a high energy level.
You're just like, people are gonna be like, what are you up to? What's happening? And with all that, we're the tea. We're transforming your life and we're gonna create an impact. And when I say we, meaning you, you are going to transform your life personally, professionally, whatever that is. This is exciting.
It's a 12 month program. Why is it a 12 month program? Because worthy goals, Take time. They take time and there's so much that is, that happens along the way. It's not just about getting the thing. , it's about what you learn. It's about the breakdowns, the breakthroughs. It's your mindset. It's all of that.
And so you are gonna come to this program with outcomes that you want and you are going to move through it and look back over the year and say, what? I had no idea there was that much more. So I will be talking much more about that all month long and giving you guys even more details as they come dive a little bit deeper into.
These different pillars, and again, we will have workshops to get you set up. It's a 12 month program. We are going to have our own platform where we have community. You get to do this with women that are up to things and creating transformation and impact in their life, and we get to do it together. So there's going to be mindset work.
There's going to. Action work, there's gonna be strategy, there's gonna be resources. And the thing that I think I'm the most excited about is the community of women that are coming together for this and ready to create impact. I am so excited. So it's what we're up to here at Kelly j Obe coaching, so I'm excited.

I'm so glad you asked it because it was such an inspirational question and actually just such great timing for this particular episode.
Is it still a worthy goal? Is it okay if I didn't complete it that I can. Can I still do it? Can I still keep it on my list? Do I have to take it off? Like think about that. Think about that when you're like looking at the end of your year and looking at what you achieved and maybe what you didn't. Some of those goals when you take a look at it and now you're through the year.
You realize there's still some more growing to do. There's still some more work in progress to do, and sometimes a goal's not gonna happen just like that. Worthy goals or ideals inspire action and motivation and passion. That's why we have them. And so it's not necessarily. About the time. It's about does it inspire your action?
Does it motivate you? Are you passionate about it? And worthy goals begin the goal setting process because they encourage the goal setter to dream big. And these big dreams are important because they reaffirm to you that they are worth the time and effort it will take to achieve. I'm someone who I, I can't even tell you like I am someone who often is like, I'm behind.
I'm behind, I'm behind. And you know, here's the thing. We are never behind in our life's work. We are never behind in our life's work. And so I love that we get to have worthy goals and that we get to give ourself permission to keep them moving. And so my answer to that question that I get asked, can I keep it?
Sure you can keep it. You have my permission. And more importantly, what do you think? What's that worthy goal bringing into your life as you're working toward it? What is it? What is it giving you? What's it giving others? What about it inspires you, motivates you? What about it Are you passionate about? I love this quote from Earl.
Earl Nightingale. Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal, or ideal success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal because see, success is not just about the thing, it's about the progressive realization. All the things along the. All the things along the way. So sit and think about that.you. Check off your list for:
Maybe you're not quite there just yet, but you're getting closer. Does it still inspire you? Does it still motivate you? Are you still passionate about it? If the answer is yes, then yes, it's a worthy goal and. Keep it right where you have it and go back and reassess where you are, where you are in relationship to that goal, and then go back to your drawing board.
How's your plan working? Do you need to move the game pieces around? What are some internal and external resources that you get to call? You get to keep going. That's the thing. You know, I love the beginning of the year because it's like 300 and we get reminded that we have 365 new opportunities, new chances.
Well, the fun fact is that doesn't just happen at the first of the year. It happens every single day. So take your worthy goal, look at it, think about it. Close your eyes. Imagine yourself having. Acknowledge the success you've already created toward it and acknowledge what is left undone. What about that excites you?
What about that motivates you? What about that scares you? And then what are you gonna do about it? And then by all means, talk to your accountability partner. Talk to your trusted circle of support. Talk to your coach. Come join us in the lift method for women in business. Let's get it done cuz that is worthy.
You are worthy having every single dream you desire. All right. . I know, I'm, I, I sort of, I, I don't know.
