Pentecost was one of three harvests in the Jewish culture which celebrated the first fruits of God's harvest, provision and goodness. On the day of Pentecost in Acts 2, the 120 were waiting on Jesus in the Upper Room, the Holy Spirit fell on them. Peter preached, and there was a first fruits that day of many souls saved. Murray Smith encourages us to have great faith for a harvest of harvest as we partner with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is God Himself abiding on us! So let us allow Holy Spirit to possess us as we press in for more.
