[03:31] Robb worked in the bicycle industry and lost his job 8 years ago. He took severance pay, and got involved in the speaker industry.

[07:37] Robb has worked in every industry including dentistry. It doesn't matter what you do. People believe that they are so busy that they settle. People have unlimited potential.

[09:56] How busy is a bad word or at least on the fringe.


[10:17] The importance of self-talk. Your self-talk begins when you wake up in the morning. Everything goes right into your subconscious.


[11:37] Getting into the habit of starting the day with positive self-talk.


[12:56] How you are in charge, so talk in a way that takes charge of your day in a positive way.


[13:22] It is impossible to be negative and grateful at the same time.


[14:12] Practicing gratitude sets off a chain reaction of thoughts in your brain and chemical reactions in your body and it physically manifests itself.

[23:54] Using core values as a form of checks and balances. Keep aligned with your core values.


[25:14] How systems are the cornerstone of ultimate happiness.


[25:34] Awareness. We already know what is important to us. Review your core values and have a vision.


[26:46] Feeding your elephant or the subconscious. Immerse your goal in your life whether it is a number or changing your passwords to new home 2018.


[27:35] The key to success is actually a combination lock.


[28:17] Committing yourself to the training and the marathon becomes the byproduct.


[28:40] The why talk. Why the why is so important. Your brain knows how and what. Keep connected with why it is important. When you are clear on the why the how and the what will just happen.


[30:43] Being good at establishing the why.


[31:24] Dentist having a frame of reference. When you accomplish what you need to do, you have more fun doing what you want to do.


[32:47] The importance of finding a mentor and how you perceived things.


[33:23] Being in the rut or the groove. Find a mentor and get in the groove and stay out of the rut.


[34:11] How it is impossible to do everything by yourself.


[35:36] How Robb loves working in the dental world because it is so specialized.


[36:05] Get clear on what you want and why it is important. Self-evaluation and finding a coach or mentor. Talk to yourself in a positive manner. What you expose yourself to first thing in the morning sets your tone for the entire day. Incorporate what is important to you into your routine.

[38:33] Your memory is either trained or untrained. Training yourself to recall information and thinking visually. Learn and practice the skill.
