Shownotes
Tom is back for episode 150! In today’s episode, we’re talking kids, control, and changing minds. One thing that has drastically changed through our own inner work? How we respond to our kids’ emotions.
We want them to know they can tell us when something we've said or done hurts them. We don't always get it right, but we want to listen, repair when needed, and give them room to feel, rather than teaching them to shut those feelings down.
Realizing we don't have to stay exactly who we've always been is one of the greatest gifts of doing this inner work. Growth asks us to recognize that we may not have the whole picture AND stay curious enough to keep learning.
Also, because this is episode 150, I'm giving one listener a container of WonderCow colostrum plus a one-hour Good Movement Guidance call with me! To enter, share this episode on Instagram, Facebook, or Threads. Be sure to tag me so I see it!
