In this episode, we return to the barrier side of the equation. Sometimes we perceive a barrier, created by someone or something else. We avoid crossing at all costs and yet it is only powerful because we have inflated it beyond all proportion. Rather than inspect the barrier and determine what it is, we flee.
We created stories about incidents in the past and we magnified them beyond all proportion. For example, we have words with a partner or spouse. We tiptoed around for a day because we have a bloated sense of the problem. When we ask, we realize it was all but forgotten. That happens with so many barriers that we allow in our way of progress. Ask questions, examine closely, and move forward.
