Jules Harrison-Annear is the founder of two companies (JHA Consulting and the Humans at Work podcast and blog) and co-founder of a third (JERICA).
She is driven to bring uniqueness and humanity to the challenge of creating bolder, fairer and
audaciously regenerative futures for our societies, our natural ecosystem, and the sustenance of our planet.
Jules is passionate about innovation that enhances the ability of diverse individuals to make an
appreciable difference. She focuses on storytelling as a key enabler of change, and as a way of creating connections across organisations, communities, industries and countries.
Her key strengths are vision, insight, drive for change, and an indefatigable sense of calm and humour in the face of chaos and challenge.
Jules is currently living near Wellington, New Zealand, with her family and two miniature schnauzers. She grew up in Africa, and lived her teens and 20s in England.
