I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

In the past, people were happy to be given a clear structure and definitive plan of how they wanted to either live their life or do business follow it. And away they go. But things have changed. The last few years have shown everyone and I'm sure you can identify with this. showing everyone that how we were living is not how we want to live. People want more, you want more. You know, we go with that cookie cutter approach, the same thing that everyone else is doing. Boring. And it's repetitive. And it doesn't bring the fulfillment and joy, which life should be like. And whatever your experience through lock downs and all the other different restrictions that were placed upon us over the last few years. Everyone, everyone will was faced with something that they needed to address that perhaps they'd been running from or avoiding. law, if you're if you feel like that's not you, I'd love to hear from you, I'd love to hear how you've been able to just continue on as normal. And on the other side of that is like, I want more, and you want more. And people want more society wants more. What's been really interesting is watching my industry and the people who are struggling. Because the system that I've always used is not working anymore. People want something specific for them. They want to hear from someone in a way that emotionally connects them to their own story. And then takes them on a journey of their own choice, not by someone else prescribing how they should live or what they should do. But instead is a framework. Here's some guidance, here's some strategy for you to go and do life on your own terms. What's really interesting, even more than that, is that how many of these people in business, they don't even know what's going wrong. They haven't noticed the change. And they're not rolling with it. They're repeating patterns. But things have changed. And he has to work harder, or they need to bring a stronger version of what they were doing before. But the reality is that you just need to take a step back and listen. Listen to what people want. Now for me that comes in naturally of as a shy kid who really want connection and conversation is to sit there observing life all the time. Watching. So that's a habit. It's so ingrained now, I do it all the time, whether it's when I'm out there in the public, just taking it all in on social media. My clients, my family, I'm an observer, and I see things that other people don't. So as you've noticed this pattern, but yet it's time for different. It's one on one, it's one of my favorite programs for people who are in business is the your authentic voice because they don't want to be sprouting what they've learned from another system or from from some course or program, they want to be sharing their voice and were told their story. They want to be heard, they want to be seen. They want to make a difference. And even if you don't have a business, ultimately that being able to be seen and heard is a huge motivator for because so often as youngsters we weren't pattern repeats. Maybe you're in a curve, corporate role where you know, you're adding way more value to the place and what you're being rewarded. Maybe in relationships, people aren't recognizing what you bring to the table. They're under a threat be showing you and they're not showing respect. Find your voice, find the right system, the right strategy, the right path for you. And you can still create an awesome future with the people in your life now, by focusing solely on you. Now of course, there may be some crossover with the important people of your in your life and work out where there might not be need to be some compromises and overlaps. But you absolutely get to choose life on your times. The cookie cutter approach is dead. No more following along with what everyone else is doing. Find your own path. And if there is no path, then blaze a trail. Because this is where the fulfillment gets deep. This is where life gets exciting. But definitely well worth it. definitely well worth creating the change. And when's the best time to change 20 years ago, when's the next best time to change today, make the change delay and enjoy the fruits of that change.
