Let’s be honest, the business world is dominated by a masculine lens.

The practices, structures and philosophies are all masculine. I have seen women contort themselves to fit into these structures instead of feeling like they can operate their business in a way that is authentic to themselves.

So today, we are exploring what it is like to look at business through a feminine lens.
