Shownotes

In this episode of the She Who Becomes Podcast, I break down the fear of being seen — and why it has nothing to do with confidence, consistency, or knowing what to post.

This is about safety.

Because when visibility feels unsafe, your body will resist the very actions required for growth — whether that’s posting online, pitching your work, raising your prices, or stepping into leadership.

I go deeper into how cultural and generational conditioning — particularly for women and women of colour — creates what I call the visibility wound. A subconscious pattern that filters your voice, keeps you small, and activates resistance every time you try to expand.

You’ll understand:

→ Why resistance shows up as procrastination, overthinking, or inconsistency

→ How your “familiar self” is quietly capping your growth

→ Why your nervous system is wired to protect, not expand

→ And how to start rewiring the patterns that are keeping you hidden

I also share practical prompts to help you track your resistance, uncover the root of your patterns, and begin creating safety in being fully seen.

This isn’t about forcing visibility.

It’s about becoming the woman who feels safe holding it.

If you’re ready to go deeper, I also share how to work with me inside my mastermind, through timeline therapy, or in my upcoming behind-the-scenes session where I break down exactly how we generated £70K in Q1.

Welcome. Welcome back everyone to the She Who Becomes Podcast. So today I have a really exciting podcast episode for you, and it's gonna be based around the fear of being seen and resistance that comes up when you want to actually be seen. Now in this podcast episode today, you're gonna learn quite a lot.

You're gonna learn actually, what is the fear of being seen, why resistance comes up. And why no one is actually talking about this and how to actually solve this at the root. So let's get into the episode. So most people think that the fear of being seen is about confidence and not being ready about working on your mindset just a little bit more before you put yourself out there.

And I'm here to tell you that it's not, the fear of being seen is about safety and your subconscious mind. I know I talk about the subconscious mind. Every time on this podcast episode, but the reason is because the subconscious work is that has allowed me to generate so much success in my business and life and continues to do so.

And whenever I feel like. I'm coming up against a block, a new level. It's rarely about strategy. It's always about the subconscious work, and until you understand that, you will keep thinking that you need to strategy your way out of something. That lives much deeper than your thoughts. So let's get into the first part, which is the fear of being seen isn't about visibility, it's about subconscious and safety.

So why do we first of all, have this fear of being seen? Now, I know a lot of my audience are women of color from a marginalized background, but even if you are not, and you know you are a white woman, we have been told historically as women. Depending on what your upbringing was, and my upbringing was definitely don't take up too much space.

Respect your elders. Don't be too seen things can't get too good. I just remember actually, I just had this flashback that. That, you know, there's a saying in Punjabi, which is like my native, native language that, you know, I, if I laugh, used to laugh too much. Like my mum used to say, oh, it's not good to laugh so much.

Like she used to say like, the more you laugh, the more you'll cry. It's like a saying in the Punjabi culture. And that's the thing. We've been taught these things and especially for me, I was raised in a family where. You know, majority of my cousins were boys. I had one other girl cousin, and just being seen was just not a good thing.

Like it was just literally like, don't draw too much attention to yourself. Don't be too confident, you know, respect your elders. Just blend into the background. Then of course. This conditioning, this cultural conditioning that we have is gonna be carried into your business. And the reason why it's gonna be carried into your business is because your business is an internal mirror for your life and your thoughts and your beliefs, and your subconscious programming.

I always say to everyone that if you want to actually do the biggest inner healing or you know, heal your wounds. Just have a business because it will bring up all of your blocks to the surface, all of them. And the fear of being seen is a real one for so many women. And being seen actually means being truly known, right?

Known in your field, known in your work, known in your niche, and being truly known potentially means being judged, challenged, misunderstood, or rejected. And of course, the subconscious mind, which surprise, surprise runs 95% of your behavior treats that as a threat, not a metaphorical threat, a real one. The same part of your brain that keeps you safe from physical danger is the same part creating resistance every time you go to post pitch or show up fully.

Have you ever had that feeling when you are like, oh my God, tomorrow I'm gonna do my Instagram reel, or tomorrow I'm gonna do a face? You know, face to stories like do a talking story or tomorrow I'm actually finally gonna get on top of my branding and tomorrow never comes. Or it does come and you're not that consistent with it.

And the reason why this is happening is because resistance is showing up. DM me on Instagram. If you've ever felt this resistance coming up, you know you know what you need to do. You are dreaming big. You've done the vision board, you've watched the YouTube videos, you are listening to the podcast like mine, and then resistance comes up.

Surprise, surprise, your best friend nearly on a daily basis. So the resistance you are actually feeling, I just wanna preface this is not weakness. It's not a lack of discipline. It's your nervous system and your subconscious doing exactly what it was designed to do to protect you because the subconscious minds.

Primary objective is to protect you, and the subconscious mind doesn't care about your vision. It doesn't care about you being an expert. It doesn't care about money. It doesn't care about you fulfilling your potential in this lifetime. All it does care about is protecting you. And every time your subconscious mind sees any type of danger, it can be literally like posting on Instagram could be dangerous.

I know it sounds crazy, but that's what the subconscious mind perceives it as is. That the resistance comes up because the problem is it can't, your subconscious mind can't tell the difference between actual danger and a discomfort of being seen at your LE next level. And that distinction really is everything.

And I've had this in the past where. You know, I've wanted to break through to my next level, but the resistance is so real. Like you will find anything to do. Do the washing up, make a meal, start cleaning randomly, call someone. Open your post, but do the thing that you actually need to do. And in business, as female founders, we actually need to.

Get to the root of your subconscious blocks, because if you don't get to the root of your subconscious blocks, you can't overcome them. And this is why when people get started, you know, they might be consistent for a few weeks and then they just fall off, fall off the wagon. Right? And with resistance and the fear of being seen resistance is, you know.

If you keep treating resistance as a personal failing as evidence that you are not ready, not confident enough, not disciplined enough, you will keep trying to push through something that cannot be pushed through. You have to go to the root of it. And this is exactly the work that I love doing with my clients.

I actually, I'm a certified mindset coach, as you probably know. and I do actually do an incredible modality called timeline therapy, where we actually go to the root and clear it, and actually do energy clearing around this because it's so important. Because otherwise you just can't move forward.

But I'm gonna give you some actionable tips here in a second to move through it. So resistance shows up the moment you are about to be more visible, and that's what your subconscious mind doesn't consider safe. So what this can actually look like is rewriting the caption, which you've already written three times, going quiet when.

You are building momentum, finding every reason why the my now isn't the right, right town from feeling physically uncomfortable. It can show up in your tight chest, anxious stomach before you hit post. And like I said before, that's not procrastination. It's protection. Everyone suffers from this condition.

It's a human condition. It's not a you condition, it's not a you problem. It will keep showing up until the route is addressed. So what you can actually start to do this week is start journaling and mapping when your resistance shows up around visibility at this present moment. Don't try and push through it.

Just name it, write it down. What will you, what were you about to do? What was the resistance coming up in your bo body? And that awareness alone starts to interrupt the pattern. If you track this for a week around what was the action that you were about to do, what did the resistance feel like in your body, and then what did you actually do?

That awareness is gonna give you some really solid evidence about your patterns and what is actually going on, and you know when you actually start giving something awareness. Power. Its power, you know, starts to dissolve, which is incredible. So that's what I would do. The first part, the part two, is the visibility wound.

Now for many women and particularly women of color, and for someone like me who came from a working class background, like I said before, we were told not to be too much. Being seen was never fully safe. Not in childhood, not in adulthood, not culturally, not generationally. We were. Directly or indirectly to stay small?

Well, I definitely was. Maybe that isn't your story, which is amazing. But really I was told to not draw attention, to be grateful for what you've got, not for, ask for more. And then because those messages get wired into your subconscious early, they don't just disappear, but just because you started a business right?

They show up as you filter on your voice. They, you know, you might be doing this watered found version of you or your offer. You know, you might not be saying what you want to say. You might just be hiding online. Maybe you get some momentum and then you just start hiding. Or maybe you don't charge the price that you want to charge.

And here's what makes this so hard to see. It doesn't feel like some sort of programming that you've got some sort of subconscious programming. It just feels like you, it just feels like your reality, and it just feels like you're just being realistic. You're just being humble and just not wanted to come across as too much.

But this is not you. This is not you. This is conditioning that you have had. And it was a story that was potentially handed to you before you are old enough to question it. So especially when we are children, I think I spoke about this in our last, in my last podcast episode. Between that ages of Naugh to seven, your analytical mind hasn't come on.

So, you know, if someone says to you, oh, don't I, I remember I have this memory actually when I was on a beach when I was a child, and like my mom didn't want me to like. In front of the other aunties, like be wearing a swimming costume. So she just told me to just stay in the sea constantly. So obviously my analytical mind hadn't come on at that point.

I was, you know, I wasn't thinking, oh, my mom thinks this, or my mom thinks that. I was literally like, oh my God, I shouldn't be seen. Right. And in terms of this, what happens is you really want to be thinking about what is that story? That you have had, that plays into your visibility wound. And the reason why resistance often feels like it comes outta nowhere.

You know, even when you've done the journaling, even when you've done the vision boarding, you know, the affirmations, which I personally, I don't think affirmations work. You're not consciously choosing to hold back. You know, you consciously want to move forward. You consciously, of course, you want to, you know, live out your big life and your big dreams and your desires.

But the program is faulty that's running underneath, and it was written a long time before this version of you existed. And I think with the visibility wound and how I've actually healed my visibility wound, and I've actually healed it in layers, I would say. and I feel like at the moment. I'm in the depths of healing my next layer.

I think healing isn't linear. I think you're never fully, fully, fully healed, but I don't think you need to be fully healed to have an amazing life. You know, there's, there's layers which I'm working through at the moment, which I think any, any good human that wants to evolve, wants to do. And even though I've been so visible in the past, there's definitely this next layer that I'm exploring, but I have literally dissolved so many of my visibility wounds and so many of my clients have as well.

You know, I worked with a client last year, rupture. She was actually on the podcast of a few episodes back, and she was at a point where she literally didn't even show her face on Instagram. she was just hiding. Never writing posts, just hiding behind posts. And I've had other clients that, you know, in the past I've worked with one of my clients, cam, she had such a big fear around being seen to a point where I, I didn't know what her face looked like when she joined my mastermind because she just had a cartoon character for her profile picture.

That's actually a true story. So the visibility wound isn't healed by doing more. I think it's. It's healed by going to the root of where it was created and dissolving the program at that source. And I think that, I think a lot of people would actually say. Oh, you, you know, doing more, and I've just said it there.

Doing more isn't gonna be the answer, but actually the subconscious mind does run on repetition. So you can reprogram the subconscious mind through repetition. And what that means is if you repeatedly do something like probably 60 to 90 days. Chances are it's gonna be a habit and your subconscious will be reprogrammed.

And I've done this so many times in my life previously where, you know, I was someone that used to wake up at midday up until probably my late twenties, believe it or not. I was never a morning person ever since I was a child, and I just reprogrammed myself to be an early pet. Early morning person. You know, it's not perfect, but I definitely do not be get, you know, if I get up at nine o'clock now that's very, very, very late.

Obviously during the week I get up early, but even if I get up at nine at the weekends, that still feels quite late to me. But the way I was able to do that reprogram, that is through repetition, and you can do that with the visibility wound. And I do think that you can start to dismantle the visibility wound.

Through repetition. So it doesn't mean like maybe posting every day, but you could be building up to maybe 4, 5, 6 posts a week. You could be building up to. Putting yourself out there. I remember the visibility wound came up so much for me when I was planning my London event. I didn't wanna be seen, you know, I did a po, I did a post last week on Instagram, which got quite a lot of engagement because obviously last year where I went through so much trauma, some personal challenges, narcissist abuse for family deaths, some health struggles.

I did gain a bit of weight and. In all honesty, I did not wanna show up at this event. I was like, I'm gonna be at my heaviest, I don't feel comfortable. And I just, I just had to, I just had to, there was no way I could have, could have canceled the event, you know, 180 people had booked on. so taking that action, even though it is so scary.

It just built another muscle in me to think, yes, I can do it. Yes, I can do hard things. And that's what your business is all about this year? Yes. We have resistance. Yes, we have this fear of being seen, but at the end of the day, you've got to think like, how much do you want your dream life like? How much do you actually want it?

You know, I've had a clarity call on Monday with a client who's just signed up to my mastermind and I had tears. On the call actually. she got a little bit emotional. So did I actually, is that we as women, like we just think that we are so not capable of things like texts getting in our way or, you know, your own mindset gets in your way or negative thoughts gets in the way, or you dunno how to do Instagram or brand.

Like so many things can get in the way. But they are just stories that you keep telling yourself over and over again and like, I want you to know if you're listening to this right now, that you are so worthy of healing everything and becoming your higher self and having like the dream life that you want.

You know, I used to be someone literally like 10 years ago. I was literally, you know. Yes, my business was just starting to take off, but I was living in my overdraft. I'd built no net worth. You know, my husband was commuting to London. I'd have to get the drop him off at the train station like 6:00 AM in the morning.

I used to literally just like dream of days where like we could have like breakfast in the morning. We could have like slow mornings, like if it was a sunny day, we could sit outside. I used to dream of like having a bigger house. Just feeling like content in my work and being in in purpose. And yesterday actually, we woke up and we were like, okay, let's go to chia.

Which if you know me well, you know, I'm addicted to chia Thai, which I'm stopping this addiction as soon as possible. But like we were able to do that and I was able to start work at like half 12 and like the sun was shining and we were like, oh my God, it's so amazing. And we are both like, you know, we've both got our businesses now and I just think sometimes, oh my God, like.

We've created this, we've co-created this with the universe, we've manifested it, and I just wanna let you know that if something like that feels really far away for you, like I just wanna know, let you know that it is totally possible with the right, with support, with the right healing, with the right accountability, with the right strategies.

I genuinely think like anything is possible for you, and it just makes me so emotional thinking about that. So going back to the visibility moon, what I would love for you to do this week is get out your journal and just take 10 minutes to, to write down any messages that you've received growing up about being seen, standing out, or wanting more.

They don't have to be dramatic. They can just be really subtle. it could be things like, don't show off. Be grateful. Who do you think you are? Just get them on paper. The reason for this is you can't change your subconscious programming until you haven't identified it. But I want you to start identifying this, and then when you start identifying it and knowing that like, oh my God, like I was told like this as a child, and then when it starts playing out in your business, you then at least have that awareness and you can always, always choose another story for yourself.

Okay, so part three. Is my favorite subject, which I'm learning so much about now, is the familiar self, your familiar self, and the ceiling it creates for you. So there's a version of you that's living your life right now that feels completely safe. She's sitting in safe world. She knows how much to charge, you know how to be visible, how much space to take.

She's built something real from that place, right? That's your familiar self. It's just who you are right now and that familiar self. Just the person that you're being every day, potentially not stretching yourself or going outside of your comfort zone. That's just who you are, right? However, that actually has a ceiling.

And when you are in safety, when you are in like. Doing things that are safe, not putting yourself outside your comfort zone. A level beyond this. So maybe it's more money, maybe it's doubling your income. Maybe it's more visibility, maybe it's more exposure or pr or you know, holding higher rates, things like that start to feel unsafe.

Right? Too exposed, too much, too visible, too successful, too seen, and a really good, litmus test for this is if I say to you right now, like, how would it feel to have double the amount of clients or double the amount of income, or double the amount of exposure or double the amount of followers he has to followers, everyone wants.

But the first couple, what comes up for you immediately? Does your stomach start to go tight? That's like a really good way to see what your ceiling actually is. Because here's the thing that I know about Uplevels identity crisis living in my potential is that every time you get close to your next level are just about the time you're about to break through the familiar self, AKA, your subconscious mind.

Pulls you back. It doesn't want you to do well. It doesn't want you to have your dreams and desires met. It doesn't want you to step into your full potential. All the subconscious cares about is being comfortable, and that's not because you're not capable, because the subconscious keeping you inside the boundaries of what it knows, and I'm gonna keep saying this till I'm blue in the face.

Its whole job is to keep you safe and it feels very real. And I see a lot of clients doing this actually, like a lot of resistance comes up for them. I remember one of my clients remit, she's actually been on my podcast as well, she was in my mastermind. She got incredible results, but the first month or two, she just didn't show up for the call.

She just said she had. So much resistance, just, just showing up to the calls and that the reason for that was because it was her familiar self. Have you ever signed up to a course, like an Instagram course or, you know, I, I don't really believe in like, kind of Instagram courses. but have you ever signed up to something like that and then you just don't show up or you don't do the work?

It's like, the reason for that is because you, your subconscious doesn't want you to break through. And of course there's gonna be people that create amazing success like so many of my clients. But I'm speaking to those of those of you now that are coming up against a ceiling, like you are not able to activate your next level.

And this is why when I see so many people like. You know, I've seen this remit was saying like, when she signed up to my mastermind, she had so much resistance to even sign up to it, and it wasn't even about the money. So if you listen to my past episode about money blocks and investing in yourself, so many women, and I'm gonna say this with so much love right now, like.

And come into my dms if this resonates. But so many women that I see that are incredible just keep using time, time and money as the biggest blockers to their success. I don't have the time. I don't have the money. You will find time, like anyone can find time and you know, if you've got like, I dunno, a health, chronic health condition or you've just become a mother.

I mean, I've had clients who I've worked with on their maternity live with me, but like people can find time. If you're scrolling on Instagram and watching other people's stories every day, you can find time. If you are watching YouTube in the evenings, you can find time. So that whole thing around time and money.

Is is not an, it's not real, it's just you using it as an excuse potentially. And this might not be you, but it might be you. I've got a really varied audience when it comes to my, podcast. And the thing is, that's your familiar self. Your familiar self uses time and money to just keep you stuck. Like, I want you to honestly ask yourself, and this can be a really confronting question, but something that you've wanted to do maybe for weeks or months or years.

How many times have you said to yourself you're not ready? Oh, I'll do it after the holidays end. I'll do it after Christmas. I'll do it after Easter. I'll do it after Maybank holiday. I'll do it after the summer. I'll do it after the kids get older, but the time's gonna pass anyway. And the reason why this keeps coming up for you.

That your familiar self is trying to keep you safe. So this is why you can invest in the best strategy in the world and still find yourself in the same place. Six months. And this is my why, my mastermind. We combine subconscious reprogramming and strategy because you, you know, it just doesn't work like unless your mindset is tip top condition.

Then strategy will work, but most women that I work with have subconscious blocks that are keeping them safe. And you know, there's nothing wrong with strategy. You know it is because the familiar self was never addressed. It's still running the search show. The subconscious is still creating the same ceiling, still keeping exactly where she knows how to keep you.

And the closer you get to your next level, the stronger that resistance gets. And that's not a sign you are going the wrong way. That's a sign you are right at the edge of what your familiar self considers safe. And here's the other thing that I wanna say actually about. Reaching your next level and resistance.

Resistance is gonna be, its loudest when you are gonna break through. It's gonna be so damn loud. Like it's literally gonna be like, don't do that thing, don't invest in that. Don't do that pose. Don't do that, is it? When you are on the cusp of your biggest breakthrough, you're gonna have resistance coming up.

And I've actually noticed in my clients. I had a client the other day and she's, you know, she's only just signed up with me, but she's getting like some incredible bookings, but like things then start to go wrong. You know, I, I remember my first coach that I had all these years back, and I had a brand new car at that point.

I mean, it wasn't brand new, brand new, but it was like a new car and it had never like broken down ever in like years and years and years and years. And the day that I went to have a VIP day with my mentor where I had to drive it for like literally half an hour, it broke down. And like that is so interesting to me when I see people reaching their next level.

Something will come up to derail you. And I don't think the universe tests us, but I do think there's something to be said around like the universe just wanting to see how much you want it, and often the things that you want most in life, like a bigger audience, more money, are often on the other size of obstacles.

u know, running a business in:

And I genuinely agree. I think if you're gonna put in minimal, minimal, minimal effort, unless you've got like an amazing product or an amazing service. I just don't think you're gonna get to your next level. Like that's why, why I only work with women who are like all in. But most women will interpret that resistance as a signal to stop, to copak, to decide that maybe this isn't the right time.

Maybe they just need to do this first. Maybe they need to do that first. Maybe they're not quite ready and it's actually a signal that you're exactly where the work needs to happen. So your action step from this familiar self and the ceiling it creates is getting really clear on your current ceiling.

Where do you keep stopping? What's the thing that you almost keep doing, but pulling yourself back from write it down. Ask yourself, honestly, what does my familiar self think? That will happen if I go beyond this. So for example, if you are like, okay, I wanna double my income or double my visibility, what does your familiar self, the person that you are now think that will happen?

If you go beyond this familiar self, what's gonna happen? And normally chances are people are like, oh my God, I'm gonna get more exposed. Maybe I'll get judged. Maybe I'll have haters, maybe I'll get canceled. Maybe I'll get trolled. Actually, what you've gotta think is that's just a story that you keep telling yourself and that's your blind spot that's coming up for you.

And we're gonna talk more about blind spots and future episodes, and part five is resistance as the map and not the enemy. So this is the reframe that cha changes everything. I've seen people really shame resistance a lot, like when they're, you know, scared to be seen, but resistance. Isn't something that you consistently push through.

although I do think action helps, but I do think. Resistance is information, it signals and it's pointing directly at the root of your problem. So every time you feel the tightening, the delay, the sudden urge to do anything other than what will actually move you forward. It's not random. It's your subconscious showing you exactly where the block lives, so exactly what it's protecting you from, exactly where the work needs to happen.

So instead of fighting it and being like, why have I got resistance? Why does this keep coming up? Get curious about it. The next time resistance shows up, instead of pushing through or backing away, pause. Take a moment. Ask yourself, what am I actually about to do? What does my subconscious think that will subconscious think that will happen if I do it?

And is that actually true or is that just programming talking? So for example, say you are just about to raise your prices, right? And you're like, and I, I've got a framework for raising your prices. I don't believe you could just, you should just raise your prices if you don't believe in your offer or your pricing.

But if you're gonna do that anyway and it fill aligned to do so, then ask yourself. And so resistance is coming up. What will happen if I raise my prices? Or what if other people don't sign up? Is this actually true or is that a program talking? So last year I raised my prices quite a bit for my one-to-one practice and my mastermind.

And I almost like doubled the price of my Mastermind actually. And I was like, oh my God. Like my audience, they're like Asian women, maybe they're not gonna invest. But then I, I did the work behind raising my prices. I think sometimes, like a lot of mentors just tell you, oh, just raise your prices. But I think you have to do the work behind it, the marketing behind it, the positioning, the branding.

And I did obviously all of that. And now my mastermind is. You know, we've literally just had someone sign up this morning, so I wasn't, I was telling myself a story that people aren't gonna sign up 'cause it's too expensive. But it was just programming that was talking. And what I actually want, I know I'm going off on a tangent, but I actually do wanna say is this year people are literally.

Buying premium services, like if you've got a service or a product that solves a problem for your client and you are marketing it well, people are buying, I don't care what's going on in the world. I don't care if X, Y, and Z is happening in the world, people are buying. And actually the majority of people that have like either in my one-to-one practice or my Mastermind this year.

They've paid in full because they want to save a little bit money. 'cause obviously if you sign up with me, you pay in full, you do save. But people actually set paying in full. They're not doing payment plans. So that shows you, and maybe I'll do a podcast episode about this that people are buying, right.

And. You know, if you do want to raise your prices, then just don't tell yourself the story that no one's buying. So resistance obviously shows up really powerfully in these moments right before you show up more visibly than you ever have, right when things start to work. 'cause now stakes feel really high and right at the threshold of your next level because that's where the familiar self, your subconscious.

Finds hard fights hardest to keep you where it knows it wants to keep you safe. It wants to keep you stuck. It's like, no, don't do this, don't do this. And that pattern isn't random, like I said before. It's a subconscious doing its job and what you, once you can see it for what it is, a, a, a default programming, not the truth, it starts to lose its power.

So I really want you to start noticing that this week, like just awareness is just, again, so powerful. Because you can't deserve a blind spot if you can't see it. But the moment you start to see it and really see it, it can no longer run the show in the dark. So this week, next time resistance shows up, instead of pushing through or backing away, pause and ask yourself these three questions.

What am I about to do? What does my subconscious think? What will happen if I do it? And and is it that actually true or is that just old default programming, talking, write the answers down. And resistance lose is power the moment you can see it clearly. Okay, so coming up to just the final part of this podcast, I have talked a lot and I think the fear of being seen overall and visibility and fear in general.

You can reprogram your subconscious by taking action, but I do think that the root of it, you need to go to where it was created and rewire the programming that's running the show. So when the subconscious shifts. When you go to the root, the resistance softens not because you've pushed through it, because it's the thing that was protecting you from no longer feeling like a threat.

And that's when you stop performing visibility and really start embodying it, and that's where the ceiling dissolves. That's when you can stop filtering your voice and start being fully apologetically, seeing the as you want to be seen. Not one day, not tomorrow, not next week. Now when you are ready.

Because you are so ready and I'm so rooting for you. And if you want to, explore the subconscious work further, this is exactly what I do in my mastermind and my one-to-one practice. I'm also gonna be opening up some one-to-one timeline therapy sessions as well. So if that's of interest. Do get in touch with me.
