Quote the beautiful expertise, perspective, deep thought-provoking conversations of yours.
Speak up in the rooms that you are already in.
You are going to have to be the voice for people that can not speak up for themselves.
Credibility, teamwork and leadership
Come across as a credible person.
Emphasize the importance of teamwork.
Focus on building out and creating your leadership development program.
For your company, employees, or mentees.
Train, groom, and prepare the next leaders that are going to help you reach your goals.
Do an intentional dance between your masculine and feminine energy
The masculine energy is going to drive your results, and the feminine energy is going to set you on your best flow.
