11

12
:If you're looking to uncover your million
dollar framework, package it and use
13
:it to scale, you're in the right place.
14
:Let's dive in.
15
:Hey everybody, welcome to this
week's episode of the podcast.
16
:I am thrilled that you're here.
17
:I just had somebody ask me a question
and I thought it was really interesting,
18
:so I'm bringing it forward to the
podcast, which is, if there was one
19
:thing that you wish that everyone
knew about creating and building an
20
:online business, what would it be?
21
:And so I love this question, and my
answer is actually simple, which is
22
:regardless of how you want to deliver,
your signature solution, you need to
23
:have the training aspect, the core
content, the core path in terms of
24
:your authority framework of taking
somebody from point A to point B, right?
25
:Take them from their
problem to the solution.
26
:That whole path be it a training,
however you want to frame it.
27
:We frame it as a training.
28
:All of that actually is pre recorded
pre created and pre designed.
29
:Even if you're doing a cohort model, even
if you're delivering it in a different
30
:way, be it live, be it as a membership,
be it as a cohort model, or live workshop,
31
:however you want to do it, turn it into
a certification program, doesn't matter.
32
:But that foundational path, that
training path for that person
33
:to go from point A to point B is
like, that can all be pre created.
34
:And then what you're doing is
you're creating an experience on
35
:top of that, that helps people
actually get, to the finish line.
36
:Right?
37
:Could be you showing up
and answering questions.
38
:Or being involved in
creating a discussion.
39
:It could be that the tech does all of that
for you and there's not a live component.
40
:It could be that you have facilitators
that you've certified in your approach.
41
:It could be a book that you've written.
42
:It could be a presentation,
it could be a live experience.
43
:It doesn't really matter, that's layered
on top of the foundation, which is
44
:the fastest path that you're getting
somebody from point A to point B.
45
:So if that's training, if they have to
learn something, if they have to take
46
:action, if they have to practice, if
they have to do all of the above, all of
47
:that can be pre-created using technology.
48
:And then everything that you're
putting on top of that becomes
49
:how do you want to deliver it in
a way that it provides the best
50
:experience for your specific audience.
51
:And that is one of the things that I wish
everybody would be able to create and
52
:get about an online business is it's
not like you show up and do a cohort
53
:and then every single time you do a
cohort, you're reinventing the wheel
54
:and you're reteaching everything and
you're doing all of that live because
55
:it doesn't become a scalable asset.
56
:It doesn't become something that lives
beyond you when you are just showing up
57
:month after month with a new cohort group.
58
:So the way that you do a cohort is you
have them go through and do the self
59
:study, do the pre work, do the parts
and pieces that are pre recorded.
60
:And I say that, you know, pre
recorded could be however you
61
:want to create the experience.
62
:Doesn't need to be necessarily
a video, but that's usually the
63
:format that people are using.
64
:And then.
65
:The cohort part is how
are people connecting?
66
:How are they having discussions?
67
:How are you coming in and helping
somebody work through how to apply this
68
:to whatever they want to apply it to?
69
:That's the live cohort model.
70
:It's not like you show up and
teach it for the first time every
71
:single time you do a new cohort.
72
:That's not scalable.
73
:Same thing if you're doing a live event
is that there are pieces and parts that
74
:you can preload for people so they show up
and you're having valuable conversations.
75
:You're not wasting your time talking
about the basics or concepts that,
76
:could already be locked and loaded
where they're, they're doing that pre
77
:work and then they're coming in and
you're actually able to get into the
78
:weeds with them around how they're
going to apply it to their lives.
79
:And so hopefully just this short episode
provides you with that insight to think,
80
:oh, that's the missing piece, it's not
about showing up and recreating the wheel
81
:every single time you have a new group.
82
:If you're the kind of person who's
launching a cohort four times a
83
:year, it's not like you're making
it up four times a year and you're
84
:teaching live four times a year.
85
:You're using the cohort as
a way for people to connect.
86
:The content is already pre created.
87
:So that way it becomes infinitely
scalable because you can deliver that,
88
:that content in a million different ways.
89
:And that's what we're really
focused on here is how do we help
90
:you create that foundation so
you can choose how to deliver it.
91
:Be it all on demand, all virtual,
maybe a hybrid model, maybe delivering
92
:it as a book, maybe delivering it as
something that hasn't even been created
93
:yet, but you have a scalable asset
once you've created that foundation.
94
:So hopefully this serves you.
95
:If this serves you, I would love to
hear how you've incorporated this
96
:into your business or how you want to
incorporate this into your business.
