In this episode we tell the story of a 14 year old boy in Kaukauna, who climbs to the top of some pillars on the bridge and then touches the wrong wire and has 20,000 volts shoot through his body. The Boy does not suffer such a horrific shock as well as a large portion of 3 towns lose power because of the incident.
